    摘要: A blood vessel ablating tool 1 includes a metal-made tip end portion 20 in a slim bar-like shape and a resin-made base end portion 30 in a thick and long bar-like shape. A hook-like holding part 25 for hooking and holding a vein is formed at the tip end part of the tip end portion 20. A curved portion 24 is formed at the base end of the holding part 25 of the tip end portion 20. A tapered part 26 is formed at the base end of the curved part 24 of the tip end portion 20. A tapered part 31 is formed in the base end portion 30 so as to continue to the tapered part 26 of the tip end portion 20. The curved part 24 and the tapered parts 26, 31 are inserted sequentially between the vein hooked by the holding part 25 and supporting tissue to pull the vein in the direction away from the supporting tissue, thereby ablating the vein from the supporting tissue.

    摘要: A long member is covered with one-side coat member and an other-side coat member, which are colorless and transparent. The one-side coat member is fixed to the long member by a one-side fixing member. The other-side coat member is fixed to the long member by an other-side fixing member. The inner peripheral face of the one-side fixing member forms a tapered inner face part for introducing body fluid between the one-side coat member and the long member. The inner peripheral face of the other-side fixing member forms a tapered inner face part for introducing the body fluid between the other-side coat member and the long member. An insertion guiding member is mounted to the tip end part in an insertion direction of the long member. A middle part in the insertion direction of the insertion guiding member has a diameter larger than the base end part thereof. A vein ablating member is detachably mounted to the long member. A drug solution such as an anesthetic or the like is introduced into the other-side coat member for administration to a living body in or after surgery. Negative pressure is introduced into the other-side coat member to suck the body fluid in the vein and to suck air in organic tissue after stripping of the vein.

    摘要: A radioactive pellet injection apparatus includes a console (30) to be disposed beside a bed on which a patient is to be laid. The console (30) and the bed have brackets. An arm (39) is detachably coupled to the bracket of either one of the console (30) and the bed. The arm (39) is movable in either the horizontal or the vertical direction. A rotary driving unit (46) is mounted at a distal end of the arm (39) in such a manner that the tilt angle thereof can be adjusted about a horizontal axis (44) in response to a control signal. The rotary driving unit (46) carries a protective container (48) enclosing a capsule (60) with minute, spherical radioactive pellets enclosed therein, and a radiation detector (49) facing a catheter connecting section (50) extending from the capsule (60). A pump unit (32a) for supplying a carrier fluid for carrying radioactive pellets to the capsule (60) through a tube (51), a control circuit (32b) supplying a control signal to the rotary driving unit (46), and a detector circuit (32c) for processing a detection signal from the radiation detector (49) are disposed in the console (30).

The timing transmission and the centrifugal clutch being positioned at the two ends of the crankshaft improves the weight balance, the centre of gravity of the engine can be made as close to the central part of the crankshaft as possible, which, together with the reduced weight, can enhance the operability of the engine.

    摘要: In a vehicle navigation apparatus having a control section which calculates relative vehicle positions and travel direction by dead reckoning calculations based on outputs from on-board sensors and periodically acquires GPS measurement data via a GPS receiver and applies error-reduction filter processing to these data to obtain position and travel direction information for correcting the calculated relative positions, the apparatus has a function for detecting that a travel direction obtained by dead reckoning contains an excessive error, and when that condition is detected, for directly applying an estimated vehicle position and travel direction derived directly from the GPS data, without filter processing, to correct the corresponding relative position and travel direction estimates. Rapid correction can thereby be achieved when the vehicle has been operated in a condition whereby a large amount of error has suddenly arisen in the travel direction that is estimated by the apparatus through dead reckoning calculation, e.g., after the vehicle has been rotated on a turntable with the vehicle navigation apparatus inoperative.
