    摘要: A terminal examination jig 10 includes a jig body 12 having a gauge receiving portion 13 and a terminal holding portion 20, and a limit gauge 28 releasably supported pivotally on a support pin 14 extending through the gauge receiving portion 13 in a bridging manner. The terminal receiving portion 20 has a fixing surface 23a against which a bottom surface of a terminal (an object to be examined) is adapted to abut, and a fixing screw 25 for pressing the terminal against the fixing surface 23a to hold the terminal is provided at the terminal receiving portion 20. The limit gauge 28 has an opening portion 30 which is formed into a shape corresponding to the shape of an electrical contact portion of the terminal. Whether or not the bending of the terminal is within a tolerance is judged by checking whether or not the electrical contact portion can pass through the opening portion 30 without interference when the limit gauge 28 is pivotally moved about the support pin 14.

The enameled wire 4 electrically connects a plurality of the band-shaped conductors 3 with each other. The first insulating sheet 2 is rolled up around an axis P parallel to the band-shaped conductor 3 from one end 5 to the other end 6 of the first insulating sheet 2. A mat-shaped rubber plug is attached to a rear end portion of the connector housing. In the rubber plug, recessed portions are formed so as to remain cylindrical protrusions each having a through hole through which the electric wire is inserted. A rear holder is attached to the rear end portion of the connector housing to retain the rubber plug thereat.     摘要: There is provided an insulator displacement type waterproof connector for an insulated electric wire. The connector includes a terminal and a first housing which surrounds the terminal. The terminal includes an insulator displacing portion. The first housing includes a first through hole opposite to the insulator displacing portion of the terminal. The connector further includes a pressure body inserted in the first through hole of the first housing in a temporarily retained position. The pressure body is movable from the temporarily retained position to a regularly retained position to pressure contact the insulated electric wire with the insulator displacing portion. Preferably, the connector further includes an a second housing which accommodates the terminal. The second housing is fitted in the first housing. The second housing includes a second through hole opposite to the insulator displacing portion of the terminal.
