Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or base station. The apparatus can select one or more rows or one or more columns in a DFT matrix, the one or more rows being even-numbered rows in the DFT matrix and the one or more columns being even-numbered columns in the DFT matrix. The apparatus can also determine an orthogonal matrix based on the one or more rows or the one or more columns in the DFT matrix, the orthogonal matrix having a size of (M×N)×(M×N) with M×N rows and M×N columns. Also, the apparatus can determine a codebook based on the orthogonal matrix, the codebook including a plurality of codepoints. The apparatus can also transmit at least one signal including a first codepoint of the plurality of codepoints in the codebook.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for compact downlink control information (DCI) signaling design for ultra-reliable low-latency communications (URLLC). A method for wireless communications performed by a base station (BS) is provided. The method generally includes generating DCI, the DCI scheduling at least one transmission, according to a first DCI format. The first DCI format is compressed relative to a second DCI format and includes a carrier indicator field (CIF) and/or a rate-matching indicator field. The BS transmits the DCI to a user equipment (UE). The UE communicates with the BS based on the received DCI.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration message configuring the UE to communicate coordinated transmissions with multiple transmission reception points (TRPs) using a first coordinated transmission mode of a set of different coordinated transmission modes. The UE may receive, based on the configuration message, downlink control information including at least one indicator and receive a first coordinated transmission communicated in accordance with the first coordinated transmission mode. The UE may transmit, in accordance with a feedback configuration corresponding to the at least one indicator and the first coordinated transmission mode, a feedback message for the first coordinated transmission to at least one of the multiple TRPs.

The UE may transmit, on a sidelink channel, a sidelink synchronization signal in a transmission period that includes a plurality of synchronization signal occasions based at least in part on the out-of-coverage scenario. In some aspects, the UE may transmit the sidelink synchronization signal according to a reduced duty cycle that causes the sidelink synchronization signal to be transmitted during fewer than all of the plurality of synchronization signal occasions. The UE may select, from the multiple CSI reports, one or more CSI reports to be transmitted in the slot based at least in part on a first priority associated with the first service type and a second priority associated with the second service type.
