摘要: A method and an apparatus of processing Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) messages based on multiple cores. The method comprises: pre-parsing a received SIP message to obtain an identifier of the SIP message; dispatching SIP messages with the same identifier to the same core; and processing, on each core, SIP messages dispatched to the core by using related dedicated resources. The present invention relieves the resource contention and thus improves the utilization efficiency of computing resources of cores.

摘要: An electrical connector includes an insulative housing, a plurality of terminals retained in insulative housing, and a metal shell covering the insulative housing and including an inner side wall, a rear wall spaced from the inner side wall along a front-to-back direction, and an outer side wall bent forwardly from an outer side of the rear wall. The inner side wall defines an opening, and an inclined extensive plate extending forwardly and outwardly from an edge of the opening. The outer side wall has a retaining hole, and a front plate enclosing a front side of the retaining hole. The extensive plate has a hook bending inwardly and hitching the front plate after the hook passes through the retaining hole for preventing the outer side wall from moving forwardly and overly.

摘要: Techniques for mapping between data models where objects represented in the data models include common physical objects or assets are provided. In one aspect, a method for mapping between data models, each of which describes a location of objects in a physical area includes the following steps. Common attributes are found in each of the data models. Location attributes are found among the common attributes in each of the data models, i.e., those attributes that describe the location of the objects in the physical area. The location attributes are used to identify a given one of the objects common to each of the data models, based on a placement of the given object by the data models at a same location (at a same time) in the physical area to establish a common identity of the object within the models. Attributes other than location attributes may then be mapped.

摘要: An apparatus and method for dynamically allocating resources across multiple virtual machines. The method monitors the activities of the applications in each virtual machine running on a hosting server, determines the activities of the applications in each virtual machine based on the activities of the monitored applications, prioritizes each virtual machine based on the determined priorities of the applications in each virtual machine, and dynamically adjusts the resource allocation of each virtual machine on the hosting server based on the priority of each virtual machine. The resources of the hosting server can be dynamically allocated to each virtual machine according to the real-time resource requirement of the active applications, and the applications of different virtual machines can negotiate the resource allocation on the hosting server.

摘要: In a method for making a recommendation for installing a software patch on a target computer, a computer identifies a first and a second set of computers from a group of computers. Each computer in the first set has hardware and software components, which are identical to each other or differ from each other by less than a predetermined measure. Each computer in the second set has hardware and software components, which are identical to each other or differ from each other by less than a predetermined measure. The computer selects one of the first and the second sets of computers such that the selected set of computers includes a higher number of computers with the software patch already installed.

摘要: A proxy server and a hierarchical network system and a distributed workload management method. According to one embodiment of this disclosure, the proxy server includes: a rate controller configured to, based on measured request-related information and service quality parameters relative to service levels of requests, periodically determine a dispatch rate for requests of each service level, wherein the sum of the dispatch rate for respective service levels is less than or equal to a predetermined rate; and a request dispatcher configured to dispatch the requests of the corresponding service level in accordance with the dispatch rate determined by the rate controller. One aspect of the disclosure realizes a low overhead, highly scalable, simple and efficient workload management system to achieve QoS assurance and overload protection.
