Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). Methods and apparatuses are provided in which first sidelink data and second sidelink data are received from one or more terminals. It is determined whether a first resource for transmitting first feedback information for the first sidelink data and a second resource for transmitting second feedback information for the second sidelink data overlap each other. When the first resource and the second resource overlap each other, feedback information corresponding to one of the first feedback information and the second feedback information having a higher priority, is transmitted to the one or more terminals. A priority of each of the first feedback information and the second feedback information is based on sidelink control information scheduling each of the first sidelink data and the second sidelink data.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses in a wireless communication system is provided. Configuration information for defining a downlink assignment for a bandwidth part (BWP) is transmitted to a user equipment (UE) by higher layer signaling. At least one BWP is configured in a cell of the base station and the higher layer signaling is UE specific. An activated BWP is identified. Downlink control information (DCI) is transmitted on the activated BWP. Data is transmitted to the UE on the activated BWP according to the downlink assignment for the activated BWP. The downlink assignment is defined on the activated BWP, based on both the configuration information by the higher layer signaling and remaining information by the DCI.

Abstract: An OLED display system includes a display panel, a driving circuit, a voltage generator and a power management application circuit (PMAC). The driving circuit provides scan signals to the display panel. The voltage generator generates a negative voltage based on a first driving voltage having a positive level and a second driving voltage having a negative level and provides the negative voltage to the driving circuit. The PMAC includes a power management application circuit (PMIC) and an additional circuit distinct from the PMIC and disposed externally to the PMIC. The PMIC applies a high power supply voltage and a low power supply voltage to the display panel and generates the first driving voltage based on a battery voltage. The additional circuit generates the second driving voltage based on the battery voltage. The driving circuit generates at least one of the scan signals based on the negative voltage.

The method includes receiving, from a base station, a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration including an SPS configuration index; identifying at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) corresponding to the SPS configuration; identifying a PDSCH with a lowest SPS configuration index in case that the at least one PDSCH corresponding to the SPS configuration is overlapped in time in a slot; determining a PDSCH for data transmission based on excluding a PDSCH that is overlapped with the PDSCH with the lowest SPS configuration index from the at least one PDSCH; and receiving, from the base station, data based on the determined PDSCH, wherein the at least one PDSCH is not overlapped with a symbol indicated as an uplink in the slot.
