摘要： A storage device system includes an information processing device and at least first and second storage devices. The first and second storage devices are equipped with first and second storage volumes, respectively. The information processing device generates first data including a first instruction that is to be executed by the second storage device, and sends a write request to a first write request section to write the first data according to a first communications protocol in the first storage volume. When the first data written in the first storage volume is the command to be executed by the second storage device, the first storage device sends to a second write request section a write request to write the first data according to a second communications protocol in the second storage volume. The second storage device executes the first command set in the first data that is written in the second storage volume.

The recording medium loading device loads the recording medium inserted from outside into the recording medium accommodation unit. Also, when the carriage chassis is in the standby position, the pickup is situated on a vertical tangential plane tangent to an outer circumferential edge of the recording medium on the carriage chassis side at a point where the outer circumferential edge is intersected by a loading center line of the recording medium when the recording medium is completely loaded in the recording medium accommodation unit by the recording medium loading device.

摘要： In the data processing system which maintains data duplication between sites having a host computer and a storage apparatus, transfer-data volume and cost in communication line between the sites are controlled and the load of both primary and secondary hosts is controlled, and a data update management function at the secondary site side is realized. In the primary site, a primary DKC of primary storage apparatus stores an update data in a primary side file when a primary user data is updated from a primary host. Being asynchronous with this update, a secondary remote copy program of a primary remote copy program and an intermediate processing section remote-copies and accumulates the update data in a secondary side file. A data reflection program of a secondary host reads the accumulated data and commands a secondary DKC of a secondary storage apparatus to reflect it on a secondary user data and stores the update information in a secondary log data.

摘要： A block copolymer is provided comprising one or more blocks of a propylene polymer (PP) and one or more blocks of an ethylene-propylene copolymer (EPR) having the properties: (1) the interface thickness of the PP block with EPR block is from 20-1000 nm; (2) the weight average molecular weight of the PP block is 10,000-1,000,000; (3) the proportion of mesopentad chain in the PP block is not less than 95%; (4) the particle diameter of the disperse phase in EPR block is 0.2-3 microns; (5) the weight average molecular weight of the EPR block is 50,000-1000,000; (6) the propylene content in the EPR block is 20-80 mole %; (7) the composition fluctuation in molecular weight in EPR block is within +/−5% from the average composition.
