摘要： An attraction acquisition unit of a first router acquires attraction values of third and fourth routers. When many packets the destination of which is a second router (identifier “A”) are then inputted to the first router, a traffic control unit distributes the many packets among communication interfaces so that a higher volume of traffic is sent to a communication interface with which a larger attraction value is associated. The traffic control unit then sends the many packets via the communication interfaces. As a result, a good part of the many packets are limited to a transmission route via the third router.

The shutter section (84) has a shutter blade (not shown) that opens and closes an optical path of an image pickup optical system (28), an actuator (not shown) that drives the shutter blade, and a case (86) that accommodates the shutter blade and the actuator and that is provided with an opening (8610) for the optical path. The shutter section (84) is mounted to the front surface (2202) of the front lens barrel (22) by stopping a cover-side engagement stopping section (88) of the cover (26) and a case-side engagement stopping section (90) of the case (86) by engaging them with each other. By these structures, it is possible to provide a camera module that is advantageous in terms of reducing costs and size.

Although the network monitoring apparatus discards some of the packets using a sampling unit, a sampling rate is determined by a sampling-rate regulating unit. A resource-usage-amount measuring unit measures how many resources are actually used inside the network monitoring apparatus and the sampling rate determined by the sampling-rate regulating unit is based on a resource usage amount.

The structure of this unit can be changed based on a flexible pipeline structure, and is separately designed for each application field. Another register that prescribes a latency relating to a constraint of an interval of issuing an instruction of the above unit is also provided in the processor core so as to prevent contention of a resource with the preceding instructions.

The rotary compressor comprises a cylinder constituting a rotary compression element, a roller engaged with an eccentric portion formed in a rotary shaft of an electric element, and eccentrically rotated in the cylinder, a vane abutted on the roller to divide an inside of the cylinder into a low pressure chamber side and a high pressure chamber side, a spring member for always pressing the vane to the roller side, a housing portion of the spring member, formed in the cylinder, and opened to the vane side and a hermetically sealed container side, a plug positioned in the hermetically sealed container side of the spring member, and inserted into the housing portion to fit into a gap, and an O ring attached around the plug to seal a part between the plug and the housing portion. In this case, a space between the cylinder and the hermetically sealed container is set smaller than a distance from the O ring to an end of the plug on the hermetically sealed container side.
