    摘要: A cemented carbide comprises a binder phase consisting essentially of an iron family metal, a first hard phase consisting essentially of WC having a hexagonal crystal structure, and a second hard phase consisting essentially of one or more types of a compound of a metal or metals of group 4, 5 or 6 of the periodic table having an NaCl-type cubic crystal structure. The cemented carbide is formed by a surface region with a thickness of 2 to 50 μm consisting of the binder phase and the first hard phase, and an inner region present underneath the surface region consisting of the binder phase, the first hard phase and the second hard phase. A ratio of an average grain size of the first hard phase in the surface region to an average grain size of the first hard phase in the inner region is 1 or less, and a ratio of an area of the binder phase in the surface region to an area of the binder phase in the inner region is greater than 1.

A schedule table is a table that stores the identifiers of RF-tag readers/writers to which schedule control should be applied; fields for storing the IDs of reference RF-tags are incorporated in the schedule table and utilized during creation of the schedule table. A schedule creation unit controls the RF-tag readers/writers to detect interference and then writes a reading schedule in the schedule table. A schedule control unit reads RF-tag information from the RF-tag readers/writers, while controlling timing in accordance with the contents of the schedule table.

    摘要: An extracting device for easily exchanging a mold. The extracting device is attached to an upper side of a molding machine using an adapter plate. The extracting device includes a plurality of arms configured to rotate about vertical axes and a vertical motion arm, having a gripper, mounted to the end of the arms. The mold attached or to be attached to a mold fixing member is lifted, lowered or translated to the side of the molding machine. The arms of the extracting device are rotated to be away from a conveying path of the mold such that the arms do not obstruct the conveying path. In this way, a useful conveying path of the mold may be maintained, thereby the mold or a part of a crane or the like for the mold does not contact the extracting device and the mold may be easily exchanged.

    摘要: An extracting device capable of extracting a molded article to both of a front side and a back side of a molding machine. The extracting device is loaded on an upper side of the molding machine. The extracting device includes a plurality of arms configured to rotate about vertical axes and a vertical motion arm mounted to the end of the arms. The vertical motion arm has a gripper at its front end for gripping the molded article. The molded article may be extracted to the back side of the machine by moving the end of the arms rotatable about the vertical axes to the back side. Also, the molded article may be extracted to the front side of the machine by moving the end of the arms to the front side. Even when the molded article is extracted to the front side of the molding machine, the extracting device cannot disturb the work of the operator and the safety of the operator may be ensured. In setting a molding condition, for example, the work of the operator may be simplified by extracting the molded article to the front side.

    摘要: A pivotable steering column is adjustable to any of a number of angular positions defined by the teeth of two elements of a first locking device. A manual lever can be raised to disable the first lock and allow selection of a different steering wheel inclination. The steering wheel can be moved to its uppermost position by lowering the manual lever once. In this case, the first lock maintains engagement of the teeth of the aforementioned two element, and a powerful spring pulls the steering column upward to the uppermost position irrespective of the first lock. A second lock then becomes wedged between the pivotable and stationary parts of the steering column, thus holding the former in the uppermost position. Lowering the manual lever a second time disengages the second lock, allowing the steering column tilt cown from the uppermost position. Thus, the steering column returns to an originally set driving position defined by locking engagement of the first lock.

    摘要: A steering column tilt adjusting device allows the tilt of the upper steering column to be adjusted with finer resolution than is normally possible with the same latching hardware. In this case, sets of interengageable teeth of constant pitch are employed. One set of teeth is on a latch plate biased toward latching engagement but releasable by a manually operated lever. The other set of teeth is on a plate linked to the tiltable portion of the steering column. The linkage is such that the plate moves through a smaller angle of displacement than does the movable portion of the steering column. Thus, the teeth on the plate can be relatively coarse while allowing fine adjustment of the steering column position.
