In the formulae, A represents oxygen or sulfur, Ar1 to Ar3 separately represent a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms, and R1 to R7 separately represent hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms.
