摘要： A method for performing session merging between PoC sessions under the environment of multiple PoC sessions is provided. A merging PoC client sends a request for the session merging with a merged session to a PoC server managing a merging session to which the PoC client belongs. The PoC server managing the merging session sends a session merge request to a PoC server managing the merged session. Negotiation of a CF (Controlling PoC Function) for managing a session to be merged is performed between the PoC server of the merging session and the PoC server of the merged session. When an entire CF of the session to be merged is selected as the negotiation between the PoC servers is completed, the PoC server of the merged session sends an UPDATE message of modified media parameters to a PoC client of the merged session. The PoC server of the merging session sends, to a PoC client of the merging session, a NOTIFY message of a merge request notifying that the PoC server of the merging session is selected as the entire CF.

摘要： A method and apparatus are disclosed for providing location information of a User Equipment (UE) in a communication system including the UE, a Secure User Plane Location (SUPL) Location Center (SLC), and a SUPL Positioning Center (SPC). The method includes receiving, by the SLC, a request for the location information of the UE from a requester; notifying, by the SLC, the UE that the location information has been requested; transmitting, by the SLC to the SPC, a pseudo IDentifier (ID) for securing a connection between the SPC and the SLC; receiving, by the SLC from the SPC, the location information of the UE with the pseudo ID, the location information of the UE being calculated by the SPC, based on a positioning measurement measured by the UE; and transmitting, by the SLC, the location information to the requester.

摘要： A method and apparatus for calculating a location of a User Equipment (UE) that is roaming, the method comprising establishing a positioning session with a Home Location Platform (HLP) by using a location request message including specific identifier information of an area in which the UE is located, and positioning capability information including a positioning scheme supported by the UE, and exchanging positioning information with the HLP to calculate a position of the UE, wherein the position of the UE is determined by the HLP using the exchanged positioning information and approximate coordinate information transmitted from a Visiting Location Platform (VLP) to the HLP. According to such a method, it is possible to efficiently perform the positioning of the UE, regardless of the location of the UE, thereby improving the quality of the positioning service.

摘要： A method and system for guaranteeing a seamless session when replacing a PoC terminal in a PoC system is provided, in which a currently busy PoC client can be replaced in an existing busy PoC session using a PoC compliant client capable of connecting the PoC session, thereby preventing a transmitted media stream of the running PoC session from being lost when the PoC client is replaced. The method includes transmitting, by an arbitrary PoC user, a message for replacing a terminal from a user terminal to a session management server while maintaining the session; receiving, by the session management server, the replacement request message, and transmitting an INVITE message to a terminal to be replaced, or a target terminal; and receiving, by the target terminal, the INVITE message, and media through an existing session. In a situation where there is a need to replace the PoC terminal according to change of the media for the PoC call, request of mobility, etc. by the PoC user, the user is allowed to make a continuous call. Thus, it is possible to improve QoE of the user and expand the markets for the PoC terminal and its services.

The MMS client has the possibility to associate an access mode (“public”, “restricted”, or “private”) to any multimedia message stored in or uploaded to an MM box. When a multimedia message is permitted to be shared, the MMS clients who have been granted access to the multimedia message can be notified of the shared multimedia message. When the MMS client requests to view or retrieve a multimedia message, the MMS relay/server checks if the MMS client has been granted permission to access to the multimedia message. If the MMS client has been granted permission to access to the multimedia message, the MMS relay/server allows the MMS client to access the multimedia message.

摘要： A method is provided to establish an ad-hoc PoC group session by causing a PoC client with a pre-established session to use an existing session as a conference server for a group PoC call and by including many individuals and members of at least one PoC group among talk targets. In the method, a session invitation proxy message, which includes session dialog information, entry uniform resource identifiers (URIs), and a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) message method, is transmitted to an originating PoC server in a state in which the pre-established session is established. The originating PoC server transmits the message based on the SIP message method to a destination address included in the session invitation proxy message. Finally, the ad-hoc session is established between an originating PoC system and the destination address included in the session invitation proxy message.
