    摘要: In a rotating electric machine that is formed of a distribution winding motor with two slots per each pole and each phase, a stator core includes an air gap of a constant width dg1 between the leading end of a same-phase-intermediate tooth and the outer circumferential face of a rotor core, and an air gap of a width not uniform in the circumferential direction between the leading end of a different-phase-intermediate tooth and the outer circumferential face of the rotor core, with a width dg2 (>dg1) as the largest value. A magnetic circuit having a magnetic resistance higher than that of the same-phase-intermediate tooth is formed at the different-phase-intermediate tooth. By establishing a difference in the width of the air gap such that the number of flux linkages at the different-phase-intermediate tooth reduced by the increased magnetic resistance is substantially equal to the number of flux linkages at the same-phase-intermediate tooth, the electromagnetic excitation applied in directions opposite to each other acquire balance so as to cancel each other, allowing vibration at the stator core to be suppressed.

    摘要: A rotor core is provided with a plurality of slits extending in the rotation shaft direction, independently of openings. The first slit is arranged at the center of the magnetic pole of the rotor core to be capable of absorbing stress acting on an inner circumferential surface of each opening in a direction normal to a main surface of a permanent magnet. The second slit is arranged between the magnetic poles of the rotor core to be capable of absorbing stress acting in parallel with the main surface of the permanent magnet. Thus, the rotor core is prevented from deforming in a radial outward direction. Further, by forming the first and second slits each in a form not interfering the magnetic path of the magnetic flux by the stator passing inside the rotor core, the motor performance is ensured.

    摘要: The cooling structure for a fuel cell vehicle comprises a fuel cell, a drive motor for driving the fuel cell vehicle using the energy generated by the fuel cell, a first cooling flow passage for cooling the fuel cell using a main radiator, and a second cooling flow passage for cooling the drive motor or the power control unit of the drive motor using auxiliary radiators. The main radiator is disposed in the central portion of the front surface of a vehicle body. The auxiliary radiators are respectively disposed on the front surface of the vehicle body in such a manner that their heat exchange surface are situated shifted in the vehicle-width direction so as to prevent them from being overlapped with the heat exchange surface of the main radiator.

    摘要: A control apparatus for a solenoid-operated valve that functions as an intake or exhaust valve of an internal combustion engine includes a lower spring biasing a valve body of the valve in a valve closing direction and upper and lower coils disposed above and below an armature for generating electromagnetic forces to move the valve body in the valve closing and valve opening directions. After a request for closing of the valve body is made, command currents are supplied to the upper and lower coils in suitable timing to increase the speed at which the valve body is seated against a valve seat. As the valve body rotates about its axis due to the action of the lower spring in the course of moving toward the valve seat, it is possible to crush and remove carbon between the valve body and the valve seat without causing local wear of the valve body.
