摘要： A system for inspecting an electromagnetic coupling module includes a radio IC chip and a feeder circuit board on which the radio IC chip is mounted, the feeder circuit board includes a feeder circuit including an inductance element. This inspecting system measures the electromagnetic coupling module by electromagnetically coupling a probe of a measuring device to the electromagnetic coupling module by at least one of electrostatic coupling and electromagnetic coupling. In addition, the electromagnetic coupling modules are manufactured using this inspecting system.

摘要： A wireless IC device includes an electromagnetic coupler module including a wireless IC chip processing transmission and reception signals, and a feeder circuit board. In the wireless IC device, a first coupler defining a feeder circuit arranged on the feeder circuit board is electromagnetically coupled with a first mount of a first radiation plate, and a second coupler is electromagnetically coupled with a second mount of a second radiation plate. The couplers are respectively defined by line electrodes. Input and output terminal electrodes of the wireless IC chip are electrically connected to the line electrodes. The wireless IC chip is operated by the first and second couplers in response to a signal received by first and second radiation plates. A response signal from the wireless IC chip is radiated to the outside from the first and second radiation plates via the first and second couplers.

摘要： An antenna device is arranged to transmit or receive a radio frequency communication signal to or from an external device such as a reader/writer, and is arranged such that an antenna resonance circuit including an antenna coil and a capacitor is connected to an additional resonance circuit including an inductor and a capacitor. A radio frequency IC device preferably includes the antenna device and a radio frequency IC. The antenna device is constructed such that a change in characteristics thereof caused by a change in the distance between a radio frequency IC device and a reader/writer is minimized, and the radio frequency IC device performs communication with high reliability.

摘要： A multilayered LC composite component in which a fine adjustment to a desired frequency can be performed, includes multilayered body sheets on which internal electrodes including capacitor electrodes and inductor electrodes are stacked via dielectric layers. On surfaces of the multilayered body sheets, there are disposed a ground internal electrode and input/output extraction electrodes. A trimming electrode is arranged on the multilayered body such that the trimming electrode is opposed to some of the internal electrodes and is electrically connected to the ground internal electrode. In order to make a rough frequency adjustment, insular electrodes are isolated from the trimming electrode by trimming grooves. Then, a coating material is filled in each of the trimming grooves to make a fine adjustment.

摘要： An LC resonator includes insulation sheets and inductor patterns that are electrically connected through long via-holes provided in insulation sheets, so that tubular structures each having an insulator material disposed therein and having a substantially rectangular cross section are produced. The tubular structures are laminated through sheets to define an inductor having a double structure. A capacitor pattern is opposed to the open ends of the inductor patterns, respectively, to produce a capacitor. That is, the capacitor pattern is arranged between the tubular structures. The capacitor and the inductor having the double structure define an LC parallel resonance circuit.

In the arrangement of the band pass filter, the inductor pattern of a first LC resonator and the capacitor pattern of a second LC resonator are disposed on a surface of a first ceramic sheet. The inductor pattern and the capacitor pattern extend to the same side of the first ceramic sheet. In addition, the capacitor pattern of the first LC resonator and the inductor pattern of the second LC resonator are disposed on a surface of a second ceramic sheet. The capacitor pattern and the inductor pattern extend to the same surface of the second sheet.
