Abstract: A system and method for link-initiated secure voting and review which employs artificial-intelligence driven technology to ensure both secure voting and meaningful user reviews. Users submit their votes and reviews through a protected interface, leveraging advanced cryptography for data integrity. AI analyzes user reviews, classifies their quality based on metadata and content, and cross-references with user profiles for personalized insights. Following this analysis, the system generates tailored follow-up messages. Positive reviews can trigger appreciation messages, while constructive criticisms prompt acknowledgement and resolution updates. This approach enhances user engagement, refines products/services, and fosters a secure and interactive environment for voting and reviews, all while utilizing AI to deliver pertinent and relevant interactions.

Abstract: A system and method for digital petition management utilizing the establishment of a universal, secure identity for online communications, interactions, and exchanges that uniquely associates an image, sound, or other digital asset with a person's identity using non-fungible tokens (NFTs). A digital signature associated with an individual who wants to sign a digital petition is obtained and verified using one or more mechanisms to ensure that each digital signature is associated with only one individual and to maintain compliance with rules and regulations governing petitions. Links to the petition (also herein called “calls to action” or CTAs) can be customized via an online platform such that interaction with a given link or type of link initiates automated petition signature acquisition. In some implementations, the digital signature is a personal NFT (PNFT) which can be verified using a unique identifier to match with existing PNFTs stored in a distributed ledger.

Abstract: A system and method for dynamic-link initiated user engagement and retention which employs a dynamic rules engine, utilizing a range of engagement rules and device-specific context to generate personalized deep links. As a user interacts with the platform, the rules engine assesses their behaviors, preferences, and past interactions. Leveraging this data, the engine constructs deep links tailored to the user's profile and device attributes. For instance, if an inactive user previously showed interest in a specific product category, the engine might craft a deep link offering an exclusive discount within that category, optimized for the user's device. These deep links are then seamlessly delivered via auto-populated text messages, emails, push notifications, or other channels. By providing direct access to enticing content, promotions, or features, the system re-engages users, enhancing customer retention and fostering active, ongoing engagement.

Abstract: A system for anonymously connecting consumers to advertisers is disclosed. A computing device, upon receipt of a request from a consumer mobile device, sends a ready-to-send text message to the consumer mobile device to be displayed thereon, via a data network; receives the ready-to-send text message from the consumer mobile device; receives metadata from the consumer mobile device comprising at least a phone number associated with the consumer mobile device; determines an anonymous identity of the user of the consumer mobile device based on the metadata; composes and sends a text message with an embedded call-to-action link comprising a uniform resource locator (URL) to the consumer mobile device; and upon receipt of a request from the consumer mobile device comprising the URL, sends the anonymous identity of the user to a third-party server and redirect the request from the consumer mobile device to the third-party server.

Abstract: A system and method for multi-channel dynamic advertisement testing. The system comprises a multi-platform adaptive ad campaign manager, a dynamic advertisement engine, a campaign database, and an omnichannel text-based communicator. The system receives customer interactions with two advertisement test variants, establishes a real-time media stream between a customer device and a second user device, and monitors the media stream to collect data related to effectiveness of the advertisement variants. The system may analyze media stream data together with a plurality of other data types to statistically determine which of the two advertisement variants resulted in better performance based on a variety of advertisement metrics. The system may use the plurality of data and the statistical analysis to suggest an advertisement element to be altered in the next round of advertisement variant testing. This system can combine data collection and analytics for an ad campaign together into one system.

Abstract: A system and method for soft credit approval using text redirect. The first step is engagement by a user computing device, such as a mobile phone, with a call-to-action element that may be embedded in various media including a QR code or NFC-enabled beacon and that triggers a text message to auto-populate on the user computing device. The auto-populated message comprises a unique identifier and consumer financial information. The second step is for the user to tap to send the auto-populated message to a credit analysis manager, which evaluates the consumer financial information according to the lender's lending criteria and instructions. Optionally, the system may integrate with a universal identification and passport manager, send pre-qualified credit offers to the consumer, and send an automatically completed credit application to the lender upon consumer approval.

Abstract: A system and method for text message-based lead generation is disclosed. A computing device generates and transmits a passive call-to-action comprising a uniform resource locator configured to prepopulate a ready-to-send text message comprising a payload. Upon receipt of a text message substantially corresponding to the payload, device-specific data is used to match the mobile device to a specific end user. The end user is added to a database if not present, and a consumer profile for the end user is obtained and used to generate a response to be sent to the mobile device.
