    摘要: In a method and magnetic resonance apparatus for compensation of contrast inhomogeneities in magnetic resonance images caused by spatial distributions of the radio frequency field associated with the radio frequency pulses that are emitted in order to acquire magnetic resonance (MR) data, multiple individual MR images of a particular region of a subject are recorded with different radio frequency pulse sequences leading to different flip angles. A common contrast-homogenized image for the affected region then is generated based on the different individual images, so that within the contrast-homogenized image, intensity variations due to a distribution of the flip angle are smaller than in the individual images, at least in some areas.

    摘要: In a method for rephasing a first spin system in a first slice with a first coherence curve and a second spin system of a second slice with a second coherence curve, in the generation of MR images with slice multiplexing, a first RF pulse deflects the spin system of the first slice and a second RF pulse deflects the spin system of the second slice. The beginning of the second RF pulse is time-shifted with respect to the beginning of the first RF pulse by a time period that is shorter than the duration of the first RF pulse. A rephasing correction impresses a correction phase on at least one of the spin systems, and signals of the spin systems are respectively detected. The coherence curves are rephased so detection of the signals occurs simultaneously.

    摘要: In a method and apparatus for magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, a magnetization of nuclear spins in a subject is prepared in multiple preparation modules of an acquisition sequence. MR signals are acquired with at least one imaging module of the sequence. Spoiler gradient fields are generated in the multiple preparation modules in order to affect a transverse magnetization of the spins. The spoiler gradient fields that are applied in at least two different preparation modules are spatially varied along different directions. Spoiler gradient moments of the spoiler gradient fields are selected so that, for at least one of three orthogonal spatial directions, a weighted sum of the spoiler gradient moments that are applied along this spatial direction satisfies a threshold condition.

    摘要: In a method for operating a medical imaging system and a medical imaging system operating according to such a method, a measurement sequence is divided into a number of partial sequences, with each of the partial sequences resulting in a loading of at least one of these system components when the measurement sequence is executed. The partial sequences are evaluated, in terms of their number and duration, using a computerized model in order to determine whether a load limit for the at least one of the system components is exceeded. If so, the number or duration of the partial sequences is modified, and a check using the computer model is again implemented. A number or respective duration of the partial sequences that results in the load limit not being exceeded is then used as a final output in order to operate the medical imaging system.

The transmit antenna arrangement includes a plurality of independent high-frequency transmit channels with a respectively assigned transmit antenna. Each high-frequency transmit channel has a controllable oscillator. The individual high-frequency transmit channels are activated with independent transmit pulses, and a frequency of the controllable oscillators is controlled independently. At least two of the controllable oscillators therefore oscillate in different frequencies.

    摘要: In a method and magnetic resonance apparatus for correction of image distortions that occur in acquisition of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance images of an examination subject, a reference image is acquired without diffusion weighting, a first diffusion-weighted image is acquired for a diffusion direction, a second diffusion-weighted image is acquired for the same diffusion direction, with a different diffusion weighting or a different diffusion gradient polarity than the first diffusion-weighted image. The first diffusion-weighted image is deskewed with a first set of deskewing parameters, and the second diffusion-weighted image is deskewed with a second set of deskewing parameters. The deskewing parameters are correlated and determined by simultaneous minimization of differences between the deskewed first image and the reference image and differentiation between the deskewed second image and the reference image.

A deskewing function is determined as are correction parameters to deskew diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance images on the basis of the measurements, so that image information and/or correction parameters of different slices are linked with one another.
