摘要： A perfluoro unsaturated nitrile compound represented by the following general formula: CF.sub.2 =CFO(CF.sub.2)nOCF(CF.sub.3)CN is produced by reaction of chlorine or bromine to a perfluoro unsaturated carboxylic acid ester represented by the following general formula: CF.sub.2 =CFO(CF.sub.2)nOCF(CF.sub.3)COOR followed by reaction with ammonia, thereby converting the ester group to an acid amide group, and then conducting a dehydration reaction and a dehalogenation reaction of the resulting perfluoro unsaturated carboxylic acid amide represented by the following general formula: CF.sub.2 =CFO(CF.sub.2)nOCF(CF.sub.3)CONH.sub.2 in any desired sequence, and is effectively applied as a cross-linking site monomer for fluorine-containing elastomers.

摘要： A fluorine-containing elastomer composition comprising a fluorine-containing elastomer having a cyano group as a cross-linking agent and a bisamidoxime compound represented by the following general formula as a vulcanizing agent: ##STR1## where n is an integer of 1 to 10, gives vulcanization products having a satisfactory compression set without any problem of processability such as roll kneadability, etc. during the heading or during the vulcanization of the fluorine-containing elastomer having a cyano group as a cross-linkable group.

摘要： A fluorine rubber composition comprising a fluorine rubber and a polyfluoroalkyl group-containing block isocyanate compound represented by the following general formula:Rf(CH.sub.2)nXCONHRNHCOO(N.dbd.C--R.sup.2)mR.sup.1where Rf is a polyfluoroalkyl group having 4 to 20 carbon atoms; R is a divalent organic group; R.sup.1 is a lower alkyl group or phenyl group; R.sup.2 is a lower alkyl group; X is NH or O; n is an integer of 1 to 4 and m is 0 or 1, has a good vulcanization bond to metals without any substantial decrease in the rubber stretchability properly owned by the fluorine rubber.

摘要： A fluorine-containing elastomer capable of giving a primary vulcanization product with a good permanent set through peroxide vulcanization is produced by homopolymerization or copolymerization of a fluorine-containing olefin having 2 to 8 carbon atoms in the presence of an iodine and bromine-containing compound represented by the general formula RBrnIm, wherein R represents a fluorohydrocarbon group, a chlorofluorohydrocarbon group, a chlorohydrocarbon group or a hydrocarbon group, and n and m are integers of 1 and 2, and a small amount of perfluoro(unsaturated compound) which is iodotrifluoroethylene, perfluoro(bromoalkylvinylether) or perfluoro(iodoalkylvinylether).
