摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing an aqueous polymer dispersion by free-radically initiated aqueous emulsion polymerization, by polymerizing, in an aqueous medium,
(a) 40 to 75 parts by weight of at least one vinylaromatic compound and
(b) 24.9 to 59.9 parts by weight of at least one conjugated aliphatic diene
(c) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of at least one monomer comprising acid groups and
(d) 0 to 20 parts by weight of at least one other monoethylenically unsaturated monomer,
the amounts of the monomers (a) to (d) adding up to 100 parts by weight,
in a monomer feed process in the presence of at least one inorganic peroxide and at least one organic peroxide, with the proviso that
the continuous metering of the inorganic peroxide starts at the same time as the continuous metering of the vinylaromatic compound,
the metering of the organic peroxide is started at a time at which at least 5% and not more than 20% of the vinylaromatic compound has already been metered in in a continuous mass flow under polymerization conditions and
optionally a portion of the inorganic peroxide is initially charged,
and also to the aqueous polymer dispersions produced by the process and to the use of these as a binder, adhesive, sizing agent for fibers, for the production of coatings or for the production of a paper coating slip.-

A combination of at least one accelerator with high reactivity and at least one accelerator with low reactivity can be used in a reactive resin system. An accelerator composition can be used for a reactive resin system containing at least one accelerator with high reactivity and at least one accelerator with low reactivity.

摘要: The present invention provides a “living” radical polymerization method for a vinyl monomer by near-infrared photothermal conversion. The method comprises irradiating a reactor with near-infrared light of 750-850 nm, wherein the reactor has a first chamber and a second chamber that are isolated from each other, the first chamber contains an organic solution of a near-infrared light responsive croconaine dye, and the second chamber is provided with a closed reaction flask containing a reaction solution, the reaction solution comprises a vinyl monomer, two or more of an ATRP initiator, an ATRP ligand, an ATRP catalyst, an RAFT reagent, a thermal initiator, and an additive, and an organic solvent; and the near-infrared light responsive dye converts the near-infrared light into heat energy, by which the reactor is heated to 50-100° C. to polymerize the monomer in the reaction solution, to obtain polymers with controlled molecular weights and molecular weight distributions.

摘要: A method for preparing an acrylate laminating adhesive by soap-free emulsion polymerization, and an acrylate laminating adhesive prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization. In the method, an acrylate block oligomer with emulsifiability is synthesized by using a RAFT active radical polymerization process, and an acrylate monomer is emulsified by using the acrylate block oligomer for a semi-continuous emulsion polymerization, which overcomes a defect that traditional small molecule emulsifiers tend to migrate to a surface of an adhesive film to form a weak interface layer, resulting in a decreased bonding strength, a poor water resistance and the like. Further, in the disclosure, the use of n-pentanol as a chain transfer agent could not only reduce the molecular weight of polymer, improving fluidity and laminating uniformity of the adhesive, but also reduce the surface tension of the emulsion, improving coating wettability and levelling properties of the acrylate laminating adhesive.

摘要: Some embodiments of the disclosure provides polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and a preparation method and use thereof. The method includes the following steps. Mixing raw materials for polymerization to obtain a suspension comprising the PAN. The raw materials include an acrylonitrile monomer, a first auxiliary monomer, a second auxiliary monomer, a polymerization medium, an initiator, a chain transfer agent, and a settling agent. Removing unreacted monomers and unreacted polymerization medium in the suspension to obtain the PAN. After subsequent removal of monomers, removal of a polymerization medium, washing, and drying, a PAN powder is obtained. In some embodiments, the preparation method of the PAN has a wide adjustable range of a PAN copolymerization composition, a low viscosity of a polymerization system, a high concentration of a polymerized monomer, and a strong anti-scaling ability.
