The coil wire combination forming step is carried out by performing an interlaced part forming step of forming an interlaced part by overlapping the coil wires with each adjacent two of the coil wires intersecting with each other and a non-interlace part forming step of forming an interlaced part by overlapping the coil wires with each adjacent two of the coil wires not intersecting with each other.

    摘要: A stator for a dynamoelectric machine includes a stator core and a stator coil. The stator coil is made up of wave-shaped electric wires mounted on the stator core. Each of the electric wires has in-slot portions, each of which is received in one of slots of the stator core, and connecting portions each of which is located outside of the slots to connect one adjacent pair of the in-slot portions. Each of the connecting portions includes an apex part that is located axially furthest in the connecting portion from the stator core and includes an oblique section extending obliquely with respect to the radial direction of the stator core. Further, the oblique sections of the electric wires on one side of the stator core in the axial direction of the stator core are oblique in the same direction as those on the other side of the stator core.

    摘要: A stator for an electric rotating machine is provided which is equipped with a stator coil. The stator coil has a plurality of in-slot portions arrayed within each of slots formed in a stator core in a radial direction of the stator core. Adjacent two of the in-slot portions disposed in each of the slots have radially-facing surfaces which extend in non-parallel to one another at least one of ends of the in-slot portions. The non-parallel orientation of the radially-facing surfaces avoids close contact between entire areas thereof when the in-slot portions move undesirably within the slot in the radial direction of the stator core. In other words, a gap is kept between the radially-facing surfaces and serves as a radiator to dissipate heat, as generated in the in-slot portions.

The end portions of the first and second electric wire segments are joined together. For each of the first and second electric wire segments, the insulating coat has, at its boundary with the end portion of the electric wire segment, a peeled portion of a second predetermined length which has a distal end peeled from the electric conductor and a proximal end remaining attached to the electric conductor.

Further, in the rolling step, each of the planar electric wires is rolled by deforming each of the turn portions of the electric wire while restricting movement of at least one of the in-slot portions of the electric wire which is located closer to a rolling start end of the electric wire than the turn portion is.

    摘要: There is disclosed a method of manufacturing a stator for a dynamoelectric machine. The method includes a step of mounting a hollow cylindrical electric wire assembly, which includes a plurality of straight stacked portions of shaped electric wires, to a hollow cylindrical stator core that includes a plurality of slots formed in the radially inner surface thereof. The mounting step includes: (1) placing the electric wire assembly radially inside of the stator core so that each of the straight stacked portions of the electric wire assembly is radially aligned with a corresponding one of the slots of the stator core; and (2) radially expanding the electric wire assembly to insert the straight stacked portions of the electric wire assembly into the corresponding slots of the stator core.
