    摘要: A vegetable fiber cement moulded body of the present invention includes a nitrate as an additive agent. A method of manufacturing the same includes the steps of mixing raw materials including at least a vegetable fiber material, cement and water, moulding the mixed material, and curing this molded body, wherein a nitrate is added at the time of the aforementioned raw material mixing step or the aforementioned molding step. The molded body is preferably heated at the time of the curing step. According to the present invention, a vegetable fiber cement molded body of high strength which is not easily affected by substances that inhibit cement hardening and a method of manufacturing the same efficiently and at low cost are provided.

    摘要: A strap-like layered resin film (4) having the same width as a semiconductor chip (2) is cut out from a layered resin film (4F) and pressurized while being heated to the temperature below the transition temperature of a resin ribbon (4b), to be bonded onto a predetermined region (1R) of a lead frame (1). Subsequently, removing a cover ribbon (4a) of non-stickiness from the film (4), the semiconductor chip (2) is bonded to the predetermined region (1R) with the resin ribbon (4b) of stickiness heated to about the transition temperature, and further pressurized. With this structure, in bonding the lead frame and the semiconductor chip with the resin film as a bonding material, it is possible to prevent emergence of a void caused by sucking air and extending-off of the bonding material.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire for small passenger vehicles having a pair of bead portions located at the internal periphery of a pair of sidewalls connected to a tread at both its edges, wherein the bead core of the bead portion is a mono strand bead core and the cross-section of the bead core is a close-packed structure unit made of 3 to 20 wire windings. The diameter D of the wire is 1.2 to 1.8 mm, and the ratio H/D of the distance H between the centers of adjacent wire windings to the diameter D of the wire is 1.01 to 1.20. The cross-sectional configuration of the bead core is such that N2=N1+1, where N1 is the wire number of the first row and N2 is the wire number of the second row counted from the bead base side. It is possible to improve steering characteristics (maneuverability) of such a pneumatic tire for small passenger vehicles by restraining the disorder of uniformity of the tire in the circumferential and longitudinal directions.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for performing measurement by a resistivity method in order to detect the thickness of a sludge layer on the outer periphery of a shield machine. A Wenner electrode row (14) on the outer periphery of the machine is used to measure reference resistivities to thereby detect certain resistivities in the depth direction of the natural ground and the sludge layer thickness. At the same time, a dipole electrode row (16) is used to measure voltage distributions in the depth direction of the natural ground and in the direction of the arrangement of the electrodes. The ratios of the values measured by the measurement dipole electrodes to those measured by the reference Wenner electrodes are calculated, and their distribution is charted. When mutually equal values in the distribution map are connected together by continuous curves, a contour-pattern image is obtained, which enables a configuration of the collapse of natural ground to be determined.     摘要: A drum brake in which a parking brake is incorporated. A parking brake lever is mounted in the interior of a vehicle and is operable to pull a parking lever through a cable. The rotation of the parking lever causes a pair of brake shoes to be forced tightly against a brake drum. This results in the generation of a braking force. A stopper member is provided to limit the maximum angular position of the parking brake. This design prevents contact of the parking lever with a rotary shaft due to excessive pulling of the parking lever and thus damage of the rotary shaft as well as the parking lever.
