摘要： A device and a method for cutting through the adhesive bead of panes that have been fixed by bonding is specified, said device having a motor-drivable winding device, a coil for winding-on a separating means for cutting through the adhesive bead, a suction plate for fixing the winding device by means of negative pressure on a pane to be removed, wherein the winding device is mounted so as to be rotatable on the suction plate and wherein at least one guide roller for guiding the separating means is provided, which is preferably placed in a corner region of the pane in order to hold the cutting angle between separating means and adhesive bead extensively ≦90° during the removal operation.

摘要： This invention relates to a machine and system for processing strip material which typically is removed from the edges of a sheet of material during the formation process. The strip material is formed in an apparatus and expelled at a variable line speed. The line speed is measured by a sensor which provides a signal representation of the speed to a cutter assembly. The cutter assembly cuts the strip material at a cutting speed which is sequenced to the line speed such that the strip material is cut into a plurality of pieces. The pieces are generally uniform in shape and size across variations in the line speed because the cutting speed is synchronized with the line speed.

摘要： A method and apparatus for producing shaped articles from a web material is disclosed. The apparatus generally includes a rotary cutting roller, preferably including indicia on an end surface, and an anvil roller operating in cooperating rotational movement with the rotary cutting roller. The apparatus die cuts web material into predetermined shapes. The apparatus further includes at least one sensor for detecting rotational movement of the rotary cutting die by way of the indicia on the end surface of the rotary cutting roller. The information from the at least one sensor and an encoder is processed and translated to drive means to thereby corrects variation in web alignment relative to the rotary cutting roller. The adjustment of the rotary cutting roller of the present invention allows the rotary cutting roller to cut within a high degree of accuracy and precision.

The sensor generates a registration signal which is supplied to a control device. The registration of the image information or measuring marks is carried out immediately before or on a knife cylinder. A cutting register error is determined from the registration information and the position of the knife cylinder is influenced to correct the determined cutting register error.
