摘要: An internal operation of RF IC is adjusted so that the level of an RF transmitter signal is substantially stopped from rising, or made to descend in course of ramp-up of the RF transmitter signal. This adjustment is enabled by ramp-up adjustment data Last 4 symbols contained in preamble data precedent to real transmission data transmitted after completion of ramp-up. The ramp-up adjustment data and real transmission data are supplied from a baseband LSI. The RF transmitter signal contains phase and amplitude modulation components according to the EDGE system. RF IC includes phase and amplitude modulation control loops PM LP and AM LP. Ramp-up of RF power amplifiers PA1 and PA2 is performed by controlling the gain of the first variable amplifier MVGA included in the AM LP according to ramp information. Thus, unwanted radiation's level is reduced during ramp-up of the RF transmitter signal of the RF power amplifiers.

摘要: The present invention discloses a system and a method for transmitting data in a shield machine and for calculating the filling amount of a void by detecting the distance to the natural ground. The system and the method are capable of transmitting analogue signals or signals of relatively high frequencies with reliability, enabling an unskilled operator to accurately detect buried articles and accurately carry out the back-filling work. Therefore, an optical rotary joint (100) is disposed between a rotary cutter head (10) and a non-rotary shield body (2) to count time taken to detect the peak value of a reflected signal larger than a standard value or time taken to detect the zero cross position present prior to the peak value. In accordance with the counted time, the distance between the antenna and the natural ground is calculated and displayed. Then, the void volume is calculated in accordance with the distance so that a target value of the back-filling amount is set.

摘要: A butterfly valve comprises a substantially cylindrical casing (20) having an annular valve seat (A) on its inner peripheral surface, and a valve disk (44) disposed within the casing (20) and rotatable about an axis (35). The valve disk (44) is formed at an outer peripheral edge portion with an annular groove (52) in which an annular valve seal (51) is partially fitted. The valve seal (51) is adapted for pressing contact with the valve seat (A) at a predetermined pressure and anchored in the annular groove (52) by resin (58) pressure-injected into the annular groove (52) through a resin injection channel (53) in communication with the groove. Accordingly, the seal pressure of the valve seal (51) on the valve seat (A) can be set to the predetermined value at all times even if the dimensions of the valve seat (A) and the valve disk (44) and the position of the axis of rotation (35) involve errors.

摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes: a semiconductor switching element; an input voltage detection circuit that outputs a voltage correlated to an input voltage; an oscillator circuit that oscillates on the basis of the voltage outputted by the input voltage detection circuit; a control logic that generates a drive signal; a power supply circuit that boosts a battery voltage; a buffer that level-shifts the drive voltage outputted by the control logic; and an amplification element that operates using a voltage generated by the semiconductor switching element as a power supply. Thus, the semiconductor switching element can be on/off controlled so that switching loss at low load can be reduced while preventing the peak current flowing into the inductor coil from depending on the input voltage.
