摘要: A closed-loop air-to-fuel ratio control system having an oxygen responsive sensor and a feedback circuit. The sensor is disposed in an exhaust passage to produce a voltage indicative of the oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas. This voltage is integrated in the feedback circuit with the integration constant predetermined to vary with respect to the time. Air-to-fuel ratio of the mixture to be supplied to the engine is corrected to the predetermined air-to-fuel ratio in response to the integrated voltage. With the integration constant decreasing with respect to the time, the air-to-fuel ratio is speedily returned to the predetermined ratio.

摘要: Sulfur dioxide can be removed from a combustion exhaust gas and converted to gypsum by first scrubbing a sulfur dioxide-containing combustion exhaust gas with an aqueous alkali sulfite solution to form an alkali bisulfite-containing aqueous solution and then treating, within a closed system, the thus formed aqueous bisulfite solution with a calcium compound. The efficiency of the sulfur dioxide removal can be increased greatly by adding a portion of alkali sulfite aqueous solution circulating in the system to at least a portion of filtrate from the gypsum separation process to precipitate metallic ionic impurities contained in the filtrate in the form of salts and separate these salts by filtration, and then recirculating the filtrate from the salt separation process to the absorption system.

摘要: A heater includes a heating element, a pair of lead wires each connected to an end of the heating element, and an insulating base body in which the heating element and the pair of lead wires are embedded. The insulating base body contains a plurality of metal particles around the heating element, the metal particles being separated from the heating element. The plurality of metal particles and the heating element comprise an elliptical cross-section comprising a same major axis direction. With such a structure, when the heater is rapidly cooled to cause a crack on the surface of the insulating base body, the crack develops along the major axis direction of the metal particles and therefore rarely reaches the heating element. This resists breakage of the heating element.

摘要: An execution log generation apparatus generates an execution log upon receiving, for each job operation, job operation data indicating content of a job operation performed in a job procedure from a job processing apparatus that performs job processes through job procedures. The execution log generation apparatus includes a definition file holding unit that holds a definition file in which job operations performed in the job procedures are defined along a flow of the job processes and the job procedures, and in which output items to be output as execution logs for the each job operation are listed in a common format; and an execution log output unit that selects, from the definition file, an output item corresponding to a job operation contained in the job operation data, and outputs, as an execution log, the same output item as the selected output item from the job operation data.

摘要: An erroneous assembling preventing tool for a universal joint prevents a shaft from being fixed to a cylindrical section of a yoke main body of the universal joint by fastening a bolt in a state where the shaft is not inserted into a normal position of an axial direction of the cylindrical section. The erroneous assembling preventing tool comprises a fixing section fixed to the yoke main body, a prevention section arranged between first and second tabs of the yoke main body, and a driving section for driving a prevention section. The prevention section is displaceable to a prevention position at which an end of the bolt can be prevented from being inserted through a screw hole of the second tab of the yoke and a prevention release position. The driving section displaces the prevention section to the prevention release position when it is pressed by an end of the shaft inserted into the normal position of the axial direction of the cylindrical section.
