This disclosure relates to a method for effectuating data traffic routing influence for a relocated application service in a core network of a communication system. In an embodiment, the core network may include a communication session control node and an application service node. The method may include transmitting, by the communication session control node, a message to the application service node for notifying a relocation triggering event. The relocation triggering event triggers the application service node to relocate an application service provided to a user equipment in a pre-established communication session from a previous application hosting server to a new application hosting server outside of the mobile core network. The method may further include receiving, by the communication session control node, a relocation information from the application service node such that the communication session control node may reconfigure and modify the data traffic routing for the relocated application service.

Disclosed are a method and apparatus for implementing traffic splitting. The method includes: after a control plane function obtains an application identifier, a packet flow description corresponding to the application identifier and location information applicable to the packet flow description from an application, the control plane function provides the packet flow description to a user plane function corresponding to the location information applicable to the packet flow description, so that the user plane function splits traffic data corresponding to the application identifier. In the solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the packet flow description is installed on the corresponding user plane function by using the location information, and thus the traffic splitting is implemented.

A method for offloading data traffic involves: receiving, from a first computing device carrying out an anchor session management function, a request to insert an intermediate session management function in a signaling path, wherein the request includes a data network access identifier of a data network to which the data traffic is to be offloaded; using the data network access identifier, selecting a second computing device to carry out an intermediate session management function; and transmitting a message to the second computing device to create a context for the wireless communication device.

The present document provides a Device to Device (D2D) service authorization method and apparatus and a home near field communication server. The above method includes: a home near field communication server obtaining a local PLMN list of a location in which a user equipment is currently located and a first PLMN list that a permission of authorization to the user equipment is a condition authorization; performing intersection processing on the local PLMN list and the first PLMN list to obtain a second PLMN list; generating an authorized PLMN list according to PLMNs permitting a D2D authorization to the user equipment in the second PLMN list; and the home near field communication server sending the authorized PLMN list to the user equipment.

Disclosed are a dedicate network selection method and device. Herein, the method includes: a mobility management entity (MME) of a dedicate network acquiring user subscription data of a terminal when receiving a location update request; the MME determining to select a dedicate network for the terminal according to the user subscription data; and the MME judging whether an SGW and a PGW currently being used by the terminal belong to the dedicate network; if the SGW and the PGW currently being used by the terminal do not belong to the dedicate network, then the MME selecting an SGW and/or PGW of the dedicate network for the terminal, and switching the SGW and/or the PGW being used by the terminal to the selected SGW and/or PGW.

A processing method and device for Device to Device (D2D) discovery are provided. The method includes that: a broadcaster terminal acquires a radio resource in a D2D discovery process; and the broadcaster terminal sends a mode indicator and a broadcast identifier through the radio resource, wherein the mode indicator is used for indicating whether a terminal corresponding to the broadcast identifier is the broadcaster terminal or a target terminal which the broadcaster terminal expects to discover. By the solution, flexibility and diversity of a D2D communication mode are enhanced, and user experiences are improved.
Abstract:
Methods and apparatuses for notifying or updating a Proximity-based Services (ProSe) temporary identifier are provided. The method for notifying a ProSe temporary identifier includes: determining that a ProSe temporary identifier acquired by an announcing UE is revoked; and notifying the announcing UE that the ProSe temporary identifier acquired by the announcing UE is revoked. The technical solution solves the problem that an announcing UE cannot learn of the fact that a ProSe temporary identifier is revoked, and thus avoids a UE discovery fault.

Provided are a terminal registration method, terminal discovery methods, a terminal and a service device. The service device includes: a registration component (22), configured to accept registration of a terminal, assign a Proximity-based Services identifier (ProSe ID) to the terminal, and associate application information of the terminal with the ProSe ID, wherein the application information includes information for identifying an application; a discovery component (24), configured to instruct a base station to assign discovery resources to the terminal, and send a discovery result, wherein the discovery resources are used for discovery between terminals. By setting a ProSe service component, the technical solution provides the support for ProSe services in the aspect of network architecture.
