Abstract: Provided are a downlink data rate-matching method and device, the method including: a UE acquiring one of the following information: one or more sets of rate-matching resource indication information configured by a base station and used for instructing the UE to perform rate-matching, one or more sets of rate-matching resource indication information and combined rate-matching resource indication information, and rate-matching resource indication information of a serving cell of the UE acquired when the UE accesses a network; the UE determining a DCI Format corresponding to downlink grant indication information in a subframe of downlink control information transmitted by the base station; and the UE determining rate-matching resource information corresponding to the DCI Format and used for rate-matching according to the DCI Format and a preset corresponding relationship, and conducting downlink data rate-matching according to the rate-matching resource information. Abstract: A wireless communication method includes configuring a first wireless device for a communication between the first wireless device and a second wireless device according to a semi-static configuration that specifies a time slot pattern for the communication. In the method, a transmitting node determines a frequency band range in which a carrier is located, and configures or assumes synchronization channel information on the carrier according to the frequency band range, where the synchronization channel information includes at least one of: a subcarrier spacing or orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol information of a synchronization channel; and the transmitting node transmits the synchronization signal using the synchronization channel information.
