    Abstract: The invention relates in general to the field of human skin treatment, more specifically to devices and methods for cleansing and subsequent care of a person's skin. The methods effectively use the combination of mechanical cleansing strengthened by vibrations transmitted to a tip, lowered pressure and treatment liquid. The advantageous aspect of the device according to the invention is that vibrations are transmitted from the vibration mechanism directly to at least a portion of the tip that is in contact with the patient's skin. This means that vibrations are targeted to the place of use, and the vibration of the whole applicator is, in comparison with methods and devices according to the state of the art, significantly lowered, as are occurrences of hand pain and other inconveniences for the person providing the therapy. The other advantageous aspect of the device is a special design of the applicator for reducing the risk of spilling serum when treatment is stopped or interrupted.

    Abstract: An unattended approach can increase the reproducibility and safety of the treatment as the chance of over/under treating of a certain area is significantly decreased. On the other hand, unattended treatment of uneven or rugged areas can be challenging in terms of maintaining proper distance or contact with the treated tissue, mostly on areas which tend to differ from patient to patient (e.g. facial area). Delivering energy via a system of active elements embedded in a flexible pad adhesively attached to the skin offers a possible solution. The unattended approach may include delivering of multiple energies to enhance a visual appearance.

    Abstract: A method for aesthetic soft tissue treatment includes placing at least one applicator in contact with the patient's body. The applicator has at least one electrode. Electrotherapy and radio frequency therapy are provided to the soft tissue, optionally with overlay or sequentially. A handheld applicator may be used, with the applicator moving during the therapy, which may provide muscle stimulation in the patient, or provide an analgesic effect during the treatment. A spacing object may be positioned between the skin of the patient and the applicator.

    Abstract: A device for providing a magnetic treatment by evoking muscle contraction by a time-varying magnetic field and providing a RF treatment by heating biological structure. The device includes an applicator having an RF electrode and a magnetic field generating device. The device may also include a main unit, a human machine interface, and a control unit. The control unit adjusts a signal provided to the RF electrode and creates an RF circuit, and also adjusts the signal provided to the magnetic field generating device and creates a magnetic circuit electrically insulated from the RF circuit. The RF circuit may include a power source and a power amplifier, and the magnetic circuit may include an energy storage to supply the magnetic field generating device with electric current.
