Abstract: A method includes the following steps: a first step: the material containing heteroatom and graphite powder are mixed for a preset time by grinding, and the molar ratio of heteroatom to carbon atom is 1%-10%, then the heteroatom precursors are obtained; a second contact step: the heteroatom precursor is filled into a graphite rod with holes and compacted, then the graphite rod is dried for a preset time to obtain a plasma anode and using a DC arc plasma device to prepare the graphite anode into heteroatom-doped CNHs; a third contact step: the heteroatom-doped CNHs are dispersed in a reducing solution, a platinum salt is added to stir evenly, the reduction reaction is carried out by heating and stirring, and after centrifugation, washing and drying, a catalyst with platinum loading is obtained.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a high-entropy alloy powder for laser cladding and a use method thereof. The alloy powder is CoCrFeMnNiCx, and x has a value of 0.1-0.15. The specific method includes: subjecting a 45 steel substrate to surface pretreatment, mixing the weighed CoCrFeMnNi high-entropy alloy powder with different content of a nano-C powder uniformly and pre-placed on the pre-treated substrate surface to form a prefabricated layer, then placing the prefabricated layer at 80-90° C. for constant temperature treatment for 8-12 h, and under a protective atmosphere, subjecting the cladding powder to laser cladding on the surface of the 45 steel. The method of the present disclosure prepares a CoCrFeMnNiCx high-entropy alloy coating with performance superior to the CoCrFeMnNi high-entropy alloy coating.

Abstract: A method for comprehensively processing noble lead provided and utilizes two instances of vacuum distillation to realize an open circuit of arsenic, lead, antimony and bismuth and the high-efficiency enrichment of precious metals of gold and silver, and can obtain elemental arsenic, a lead-bismuth-antimony alloy, a silver alloy and a copper alloy, respectively. The lead-bismuth-antimony alloy, the silver alloy and the copper alloy are processed by oxidation refining, electrorefining and chlorination refining to obtain refined lead, refined antimony, antimony trioxide, electrolytic silver and electrolytic copper, and to realize gold enrichment. The entire process has advantages of high metal direct yield, low energy consumption, short flow chart, simple equipment, etc., and vacuum distillation belongs to a physical process in which the alloy can be separated only by means of the difference in saturated vapor pressure between the metals, without generation of wastewater, waste gas and waste residue.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method for simultaneously removing SO2 and NOx in flue gas: uniformly mixing a water-soluble ruthenium salt with ammonia water to obtain an aqueous solution of a ruthenium-amine complex; subjecting the flue gas and the aqueous solution of the ruthenium-amine complex to a countercurrent contact reaction under the temperature of 5-60° C., pH of 7.5-12 to obtain a solution A and purified gas; discharging the solution A of the step (2) into a crystallization tank to crystallize and separate an ammonium salt to obtain a solution B, returning the solution B to replace the aqueous solution of the ruthenium-amine complex. The invention utilizes the ruthenium-amine complex having a strong capability of complexing with NO as well as residual oxygen in the flue gas to carry out liquid phase catalytic oxidation to convert the NOx into ammonium nitrate, and the removal efficiency of the NOx and the SO2 is high.
