Abstract: An automatic tea maker comprises a cover body, a tube base, and a bottom base, wherein the cover body is covered on the tube base, which is eccentrically disposed on the bottom base. A partition is disposed on an interior of the tube base to partition an independent drainage area. A vent disposed on the partition communicates with the tube base. Each of water exits, provided with a stopping members, are disposed on a base surface of the tube base. A baffle extends from an internal periphery of the bottom base with push rods placed on the baffle protruding outward from the water exits. The push rods placed on the baffle extend corresponding to the stopping members of the water exits, is able to push the stopping members away from the water exits, when the tube base is slanted corresponding to the bottom base.

Abstract: A beverage brewing method for producing a brewed beverage having a serving temperature within a predetermined serving temperature range. A beverage brewing appliance includes a brewing apparatus for infusing a beverage brewing substance retained therein to extract a brewed beverage therefrom. The brewing appliance also includes a second water source for providing and delivering temperature reduction water to the brewed beverage within a temperature range which, when mixed with the brewed beverage results in a final beverage dispensed from the brewing apparatus within a predetermined serving temperature ranges. The second water source is coupled with a temperature manipulating structure to deliver a desired quantity of temperature reduction water which will result in the beverage being dispensed within the predetermined range of serving temperature.

Abstract: A tea making device includes a hollow main body, a tea brewing unit, a pitcher and a hollow base unit. The main body has an upper portion formed with a water receiving chamber, and a lower portion formed with an accommodation chamber that is isolated from the water receiving chamber. The accommodation chamber is provided with a guiding tube that has a water inlet communicated with the water receiving chamber and a water outlet, and a heating device for heating water that passes through the guiding tube. The pitcher confines a space sufficient for receiving all other components of the tea making device therein after the main body and the tea brewing unit are received in the base unit for storage purposes.
