The devices uses a false bottom in the initial tank to hold the coffee beans and water is pumped between the initial tank and a second tank. Using an inverted P trap in the piping allow for reduced suspended solids in the final product. The end product is a high quality cold brewed beverage that is defined by the beverages clarity and lack of visible suspended solids, wherein the resulting product has a distinct look compared to other brewed beverages (i.e. producing a product that is cleaner than competing products without the need for a filter).

摘要： A compact coffee maker can prevent the dirt and ashes enter into the pot body and the handle has an excellent heat isolating capability. This compact coffee maker includes a pot body, a conduit, a filter, and a pot base. The pot body is made from carafe and is provided with a spout. The washer is disposed at the outside of the external threaded slot, accordingly, there is not a leakage found between the pot body and the pot base. The conduit is disposed within the external threaded slot and the filter is disposed at the opening of the pot body. The conduit passes through the center opening of the filter and the permeable section of the conduit will spray the hot water onto the filter radially. When the lid is lowered down, the curve slot is met with the spout of the pot body. By this arrangement, the coffee can be directly poured onto a cup without removing the lid. On the other hand, the lid with a curve slot is disposed on the pot body, the dirt and the ashes will not fall onto the pot body. The I-shape handle has a quick heat transfer. A convenient, safe and convenient coffee maker is ensured.

摘要： A coffee brewing assembly preferably of the percolation type having a cover assembly that releasably receives a disposable coffee containing annular insert, insertable upwardly into the cover assembly. A percolation tube is fixed to the cover assembly and its end engages and strikes-out a removal tab from the insert as the user slides the insert over and up the tube into an annular recess in the underside of the cover assembly. The coffee insert is also unique and includes an annular semi-rigid frame that holds an annular filter-coffee packet. A percolator heater tube and basket are mounted inside the container, and a manually operated pressure pump is included in the lid of the container. A discharge spout is movable between a vented position, a pump position, and a sealed position. A pressure lock system prevents the spout from being moved from the sealed position to the pump position when excessive pressure is present within the container. A lid stop system prevents the lid from being closed when the spout is in the pump position. A lid lock system prevents the lid from being opened when the container is pressurized.

A percolator heater, tube, and basket are mounted inside the container, and a manually operated pressure pump is included in the lid of the container. This pressure pump operates to pump air from the outside of the container to the inside of the container when operated. A discharge spout is movable between (1) a vented position, in which a vent path is provided between the spout and an upper portion of the interior of the container, (2) a dispensing position, in which the spout is connected to a tube which extends down to a lower portion of the interior of the container, and (3) a sealed position, in which the spout is sealed. An interlock is provided which insures that the percolator can not be activated unless the spout is in the vented position, thereby automatically preventing overpressurization of the insulated container due to inadequate venting during operation of the percolator.
