摘要: An adjustment tool enables manipulation of a prosthetic anatomical device such as an annuloplasty ring. The tool includes a compression member which is operative for retarding rotation of the adjustment shaft to preclude inadvertent rotation thereof during use of the tool by the surgeon. A locking device is associated with the adjustment tool to enable the releasable attachment of the tool to the anatomical device during its adjustment by manipulation of the tool. The locking device is oriented into operative and inoperative positions by the engagement and disengagement of locking elements. A scale may be provided on the adjustment tool to assist a surgeon in determining the size or amount of adjustment to the size of the anatomical device during its adjustment.

摘要: The present invention relates to an extendable folding saw that is lightweight and compact when retracted yet rigid when extended. In one embodiment, the extendable folding saw can have a folding saw and a removably attached extension. The folding saw can have a grip and a pivotally attached saw. The extension can comprise several members that are compactable to a length not much greater than the length of the longest individual member. The members of the extension can have a generally I shaped profile. The extension rod can be attached to the folding saw in a snap-fitting manner for use. A retracted folding saw can be snapped side-by-side to a retracted to extension rod for storage.

摘要: A handle for an implement for cleaning a surface, such as a floor, includes an elongated pole, an end cap and a hang cap. The elongated pole has a top end and a bottom end. The bottom end of the elongated pole is adapted to be coupled to a cleaning head on the implement. The end cap is fixedly mounted over the top end of the pole and the hang cap is movably mounted over the end cap. The end cap and hang cap are constructed so that when the hang cap is mounted in place on the end cap, the hang cap may rotate relative to the end cap but cannot move up or down relative to the end cap. The hang cap may define a hole for removably mounting the implement on a hook attached to a wall.

摘要: With a structure capable of idly rotating a main body which is lower than a handle even when fixing the handle in a palm of a hand, a screwdriver can be retained by pushing the handle and rotated at the same time. Therefore, a finger force for retaining the screwdriver is not necessary. The screwdriver can be rotated by one hand. Since a clip chuck for setting the screwdriver is formed in an impeller shape, fingers can be suspended for rotation. Since the rotation can be performed not by grasping but using muscles of the entire hand, fatigue of the muscles can be reduced.
