摘要:
A formliner is disclosed. The formliner includes a plurality of courses, each course having a plurality of pockets, each pocket sized and configured to receive a decorative brick. The formliner is modular in nature and includes a joining portion for overlapping or being overlapped by a second formliner. At least one ridge of the formliner is at least partially within the joining portion.

Improvements to systems for building structures of reinforced concrete or other materials using high precision modular, integral coffering of the type of systems that use standardized panels preparing integral cofferings in which the reinforcements and various installations are placed, building the coffering on a foundation slab with the help of a layout template, in which the foundation slab is built using a mould based on modular pieces whose faces form a straight dihedral and squares for the corners the pieces of which are fixed with centering clips with angular reinforcements to fix stabilizers and anchorings, these pieces to having lugs for centering the layout template. Wall templates are also used to lay out the partitions and walls, with all their installations, and new means and panels for specific building solutions.

A method for the production of substantially vertical walls, and specifically, walls made of concrete, includes a single sided concrete form used, for example, to form a concrete wall against a preexisting wall or embankment, by pumping concrete into a gap between the form and the preexisting wall or embankment, and raising the form vertically as the pumped concrete settles and drys. The method enables the construction of vertical walls of superior strength in less time as compared to currently available systems.

A self-propelled slip form, closed at its top, front, and sides, but open at its rear and bottom, provides a pressure chamber having the cross-sectional shape of a wall or similar structure to be cast. Such slip form may be advanced continuously at a slow rate or in stages, but whichever it is, the advance is due solely to pressure exerted against the closed front of the slip form through the intermediacy of the deposited, unset concrete or the like. Such pressure can be utilized to pre-stress reinforcing material on a continuous basis as it is fed into the pressure chamber simultaneously with deposit of the concrete or the like.

The erection of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete construction in which the casing rests on the side surfaces of the erected part of the construction due to friction forces and simultaneously a pitch vertical displacement of the casing is effected in the course of concreting, with support members being disposed one above the other in at least two stories and interconnected by hoist, and the support members being equipped with shields made extensible in the horizontal direction to hold the casing on the side surfaces of the erected part of the construction.

A METHOD OF CASTING CONCRETE WHEREIN A SLAB IS PROVIDED AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE, A PAIR OF INTERNAL MOLDING FORMS MOUNTED ON A ROADABLE CHASSIS ARE POSITIONED ON THE SITE TO COOPERATE WITH EXTERNAL FORM TO FORM VERTICAL PARALLEL, SPACED WALLS. THE INTERNAL FORMS ARE ALSO PROVIDED WITH PROJECTIONS TO FORM APERTURES IN THE CAST CONCRETE WHERBY THE MOLDING FORMS AND CHASSIS MAY CLIMB THE WALLS TO POSITION THE INTERNAL FORMS TO PERMIT SEQUENTIAL CASTING OF FURTHER VERTICAL WALL SECTIONS. THE INTERNAL FORMS ARE ROATED TO A HORIZONTAL POSITION TO PERMIT POURING OF A ROOF AND FLOOR SECTION AND THE APPARATUS IS LOWERED TO THE SLAB. THE APETURES IN THE VERTICAL
WALLS ALSO PROVIDE A MEANS TO INTERLOCK WITH THE CAST HORIZONTAL SECTIONS.

Apparatus is disclosed wherein movable pouring forms are mounted on a chassis, such as the chassis of a roadable vehicle. Movement of the forms between respective selectable positions facilitates pouring of vertical and horizontal structural members, respectively. The pouring forms may be elevated with respect to the chassis to position them for pouring the upper portions of high vertical walls, or highly placed horizontal walls. The apparatus also includes means whereby the chassis itself may climb with respect to the lower portions of poured vertical members, to facilitate pouring of the upper portions of such members. In another of its aspects, the invention is a method of erecting poured concrete structures by first pouring vertically oriented members, such as walls, and permitting the walls to set; pouring the uppermost horizontal member, such as the roof, and permitting such member to set; and then pouring successively lower interior horizontal members to complete the structure.
