摘要:
The present invention relates to a method for producing a tower segment of a concrete tower of a wind energy installation, comprising the steps: providing a segment mold having at least one formwork for defining a mold of the tower segment that is to be produced and for filling with concrete; filling the segment mold with concrete in order to form the tower segment by the subsequent hardening of the concrete; measuring the tower segment thus hardened for creating a three-dimensional, virtual actual model of said tower segment; producing said three-dimensional actual model; comparing the three-dimensional actual model with a predefined mold, in particular a stored three-dimensional, virtual target model; and determining a deviation between both virtual models and changing the segment mold, in particular changing the at least one formwork when the deviation exceeds a first predefined threshold value.

A collapsible cardboard concrete form is disclosed. In a particular embodiment the form includes a cardboard box beam having a depressed longitudinal section along an outer portion of its length for added structural integrity. A lateral notch is disposed in the outer portion of the form at intervals and across a width of the form to divide the form into what will be the sides of the form when assembled. The lateral notches include a flexible planar connector of an inner portion of the form to allow the notch to act as a hinge and bend to create each corner of the form. A tab extends from one end of the form and is used to tuck in an opposing end of the form. The surfaces of the form may be coated with wax, or other sealant, to prevent moisture damage to the form as the concrete is curing.

The present invention is a method and apparatus for forming the upper portion of a drilled concrete pier that utilizes a flexible cylindrical form and a removable cage frame to stabilize the form during the pouring of concrete into the form. The cage frame comprises a circular ring having a space-forming split therein and a plurality of rigid leg rods each having proximal and distal ends, where the proximal ends of the rods are attached to the circular ring at circumferentially spaced apart points and the rods depend from the ring in mutually parallel relation. The legs of the cage frame are inserted into the cylindrical form prior to the concrete pour and removed immediately after the pour.

A concrete form comprises a single insert assembly or a plurality of insert assemblies within an outer tube. Each insert assembly comprises a pre-formed polymer liner sheet, a pre-formed polymer backing sheet, and a plurality of prefabricated cellular material pieces. Each cellular material piece has a first surface configured to form a portion of the non-round cross-section desired for the column and an opposite second surface formed substantially as an angular section of a cylinder. An insert assembly is constructed by affixing the liner sheet to the first surfaces of a plurality of the cellular material pieces. The cellular material pieces are arranged in a plurality of laterally adjacent rows extending lengthwise along the liner sheet for a length approximately equal to the length of the outer tube. The backing sheet is then fixed to the second surfaces of the cellular material pieces. The liner sheet and backing sheet together substantially fully envelope the cellular material pieces.

A form system is provided for forming a structural column assembly of the type used for erecting building structures and the like, such as a concrete column or footing formed in situ in an earthen hole. The system includes a support system, including a wire support member and an associated base foam ring having an offset center hole corresponding to the centerline of the concrete footing, which is placed at the bottom of the earthen hole. A lower vertical form system, including multiple interlocking pieces, is assembled and joined at one end to an offset disk member. The disk member of the lower vertical form system is then placed onto the base foam ring in abutting engagement. The form system is then plumbed and positioned, e.g., in relation to one or more layout strings. Once the form system is in the correct position, the earthen hole is backfilled, e.g., with dirt or other material, thus holding the properly positioned form system in place. The lower vertical form system is then cut to grade. Reinforcing assemblies, such as rebar, can then be inserted into the lower vertical form system. Concrete can then be poured into the lower vertical form system, thus forming a lower portion of the concrete column or footing. An upper vertical form system can then be used to form the upper portion of the concrete column or footing, e.g., that portion that is above grade.

The invention provides a reusable formwork for forming a polygonal upright concrete column using a plurality of retaining devices and a plurality of panels arranged with the retaining devices for providing a forming cavity between the panels adapted to receive concrete therein. Hooping means are used to hoop the panels forming the cavity.

Provided is a form panel for construction, which is foldable so as to be used in a planar section and a corner of a concrete building. The form panel includes a front plate supporting cast concrete, a folded portion formed at the center of a rearward surface of the front plate in a lengthwise direction to be thinner than portions positioned at its opposite sides, side connecting sections and upper and lower connecting sections, which are formed at edges of the front plate excluding the folded portion, and one or more reinforcing members installed at the side connecting sections and the rearward surface of the front plate. The form panel is formed of a synthetic resin material by an injection-molding technique. Since the form panel is foldable at a predetermined angle, it can be easily used as a form panel for a wall forming a predetermined angle. In particular, it is possible to prevent inconvenience and difficulty in fabricating form panels for use in corners for construction. In addition, since deformation and damage can be minimized during disassembly, the form panel can be recycled.

The invention provides a retaining device for assembling two panels together. The device has a support and first and second pairs of spaced-apart parallel walls extending along the support and projecting outwardly therefrom for providing first and second holding channels extending angularly to each other, each channel being adapted to receive an edge of one of the panels therein in a snugly relationship to allow assembling of the two panels. The invention also provides a formwork for forming a polygonal upright concrete structure using a plurality of retaining devices and a plurality of panels arranged with the retaining devices for providing a forming cavity between the panels adapted to receive concrete therein. There is also provided a packaging assembly for packaging goods using a plurality of retaining devices and a plurality of panels arranged with the retaining devices for providing a protecting cavity between the panels adapted to receive the goods therein.
