    摘要: Systems for drying moisture entrained particulate material include a pressurizable chamber for receiving the material to be dried, and a fluid bed device disposed within the chamber for moving the material from an inlet through the chamber to an outlet. A heat exchanger heats the material to be dried flowing into the chamber. Compressing apparatus in the form of a blower pump draws air from the chamber to remove moisture from the material and for compressing the moisture entrained air for heating it. The heated moisture entrained air is guided from the compressing device to the heat exchanger for supplying heat to it. In one form of the invention, a second heat exchanger disposed near the oulet of the chamber cools the material prior to its leaving the chamber for retaining heat within the system. The air flowing from the second heat exchanger is heated by conduction from the blower pump prior to entering the pressurizable chamber for an even more efficient operation of the system.

    摘要: Apparatus for drying loose fibres and other textile materials in which the material to be dried is supported on a porous member which itself is supported on a perforated backing member having in it a plurality of holes, the material to be dried being subjected to a high velocity flow of drying air. The distinguishing feature of the invention is the deliberate restriction of the number and size of the holes in the perforated member so that they constitute between 5 and 20% of the total area of the backing member, it having been found that this leads to quicker and more uniform drying.

The dryer may include multiple modes so that an operator may use different modes for different environmental conditions. An exoframe may provide for better durability when being transported to different jobsites.     摘要: A heating apparatus for supplying heated air to a grain dryer or the like. The apparatus features a biomass furnace with a burn chamber for combustible biomass material, a chimney having a lower end in fluid communication with the burn chamber interior, and air ducting that has a fresh air inlet, an output end connected to the dryer, and directs heated exhaust air from the chimney to the dryer. An airflow control system is configured to both control airflow to the dryer through the air ducting, and control a temperature of said airflow by varying a ratio between the fresh ambient air and the heated exhaust air. The burn chamber has a chain gate with overbed and underbed circulation fans that generate airflow up through the chain grate, as well as tumbling air currents above the chain grate for thorough combustion and cleaner exhaust that won't contaminate the grain.

    摘要: A nozzle system for a carpet drying machine includes two or more planar diffusion plates each having a manifold side and a carpet side. The diffusion plates each include a plurality of apertures traversing from the manifold side to the carpet side. Each aperture is wider at the manifold side than at the carpet side so as to define a concentrating nozzle through the diffusion plate. Preferably the concentrating nozzles of each diffusion plate flare outwardly progressively increasingly from the carpet side of the diffusion plate to the manifold side of the diffusion plate. As such, with the two or more diffusion plates mounted in two or more manifolds of the carpet drying machine, with the manifold side of the diffusion plate facing away from the carpet web, hot air blown into the manifolds is concentrated into a laminar flow towards the carpet web to dry the carpet web.

The towel maintenance device according to the present disclosure enables entire objects to be dried to be rapidly heated and dried.
