    摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of mineral powder processing, and provides a mineral powder pellet drying device, the device includes a drying box body and a material preparation trough, and shunting buffer assemblies are configured to withstand the impact of falling mineral powder pellets in an elastically concave mode and guide the mineral powder pellets to two sides for dispersion. The device in the present disclosure has a simple structure, and is capable of buffering the impact strength of the falling mineral powder pellets, so that the breakage of the mineral powder pellets caused by a fast falling speed is avoided, therefore, the device in the present disclosure has a better drying effect and is highly applicable.

    摘要: A dryer for drying material, comprising a conveyer for conveying the material between an inlet and an outlet of the dryer, and a duct for carrying hot fluid fluidly isolated from the material. The duct extends adjacent to the conveyer from a first side of the conveyer to a second side of the conveyer opposed thereto to heat the material from both sides. A plurality of belt conveyers vertically stacked and partially horizontally staggered to sequentially convey material to be dried along a zigzag material path. A duct conveying hot fluid therein extends adjacent to the plurality of belt conveyers defining the zigzag material path to form a zigzag flow path for transferring heat to the material from above and below without contact with the material. The dryer is hermetically sealed, as are the plurality of belt conveyers from the duct.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a bottom drying type sludge drying device, comprising: a housing in which a curved-face partition is provided for separating space in the housing into first and second drying chambers; a feed gate and an outlet provided on an upper portion of the first drying chamber, and a discharge gate provided on the circumferential wall of the first drying chamber. An inlet is provided on a side wall or bottom of the second drying chamber. The curved-face partition comprises a depressed area in which a communication opening is formed, and a bridge-shaped element is provided above the communication opening, forming a lateral aperture between the bridge-shaped element and the partition. A sludge stirring assembly is provided in the first drying chamber, which comprises a rotary shaft and a stirring unit fixed on the rotary shaft, and the stirring unit is configured to cut, break and stir the sludge and/or that a front end thereof faces and is close to the lateral aperture, such that the front end scrapes the sludge in or at the communication opening as the stirring unit rotates. The present disclosure further provides a method of drying sludge using a sludge drying device.

    摘要: A combustible pellet drying system includes a valveless pulse combustor and a drying column. The drying column includes a first drying region and optionally a second drying region. The first drying region receives heated drying gas from the pulse combustor to dry a quantity of moist pellets flowing downwardly through the drying column. Moisture-laden exhaust gas from the first drying region is processed by a condenser to remove water and recover thermal energy therefrom, and to produce a cooled dried exhaust gas which may be reheated by passing through a jacket around the pulse combustor. The reheated dry gas is introduced into the second drying region to further dry the pellets. The second drying region is preferably a downwardly expanding cone configuration. The drying column includes a plurality of temperature sensors. Adjacent temperature sensors may be used to determine a level of pellets within the drying column. The combustible pellets are preferably coal pellets.

    摘要: Systems and methods for treating wood and wood products, including a structure defining a wood treating zone, an air heating zone, a heated air supply zone, and a cooled air return zone. Heating units feed conduits defining one or more heat transfer surfaces and an indirect heat exchange substructure. The heated air supply zone includes left and right heated air plenums, and the cooled air return zone includes a return duct, all internal of the wood treating zone. A movable cart moves spaced apart, stacked wood products into and out of the wood heating zone. The cart and wood thereon fit closely within but do not touch the wood treating zone. An air blower internal of the heated air supply zone and in fluid communication with the air heating zone and the heated air supply zone recirculates air. An exhaust blower vents some of the cooled air.
