    摘要: A pedal effort-reduction apparatus according to the present invention comprises a pedal arm and a lever which is movable as one therewith. First and second torsion coil springs are provided between the lever and a support bracket. The first coil spring urges the pedal arm to return to its initial position before the arm, starting from the initial position, reaches a position at a predetermined rotational angle to the initial position. When the pedal passes the predetermined-angle position, the first spring begins to urge the pedal arm in the direction in which it is being pushed. The second spring is attached to the lever so as to urge the pedal arm only in the direction in which it is being pushed. Therefore, when the pedal arm is pushed past the predetermined-angle position, the repulsive force generated by both the first spring and the second spring then acts as a pedal effort-reduction force.

    摘要: An assist apparatus for a clutch pedal which includes a pedal arm supported on a machine frame through a supporting shaft so as to be turnable between its inoperative position on one side and its operative position on the other side. A first spring seat and a second spring seat facing the first spring seat are turnably supported on the pedal arm and the machine frame respectively, through a first seat shaft on the pedal arm and a second seat shaft on the machine frame. The seat shafts are parallel with the supporting shaft. A pair of springs are provided between the two spring seats so that the two seats are urged along a direction of a connecting line connecting between an axis of the first seat shaft and an axis of the second seat shaft. The pair of springs are disposed at symmetrical positions on both sides of the connecting line. Each of the seats is provided with inwardly projecting opposite side walls and is turnably mounted and supported on each of the seat shafts which provide side walls thereof.

    摘要: A rocker shaft is rotatably mounted and integral with a control valve of a hydrostatic transmission. The valve shaft may be rotated in an arc to either side of a neutral position. A housing is mounted to the control valve with rocker shaft projecting into the housing. A pair of levers are pivotally mounted on the rocker shaft in scissored relationship thereon and an actuating arm is rotatably mounted on the housing to engage camming surfaces defined on first ends of the levers. A drive member or dog is secured to the rocker shaft to engage between second ends of the levers whereby pivotal movments of the actuating arm will transmit pivotal movements of the levers to the rocker shaft to control mechanisms of the control valve. The second ends of the levers are biased towards each other into engagement with the drive member by a coil spring and a stop lug is secured on each of the levers to engage and pivot the other one of the levers in response to pivotal movements of the actuating arm. The stop lug is incorporated as a device to assure positive response of the valve shaft at a high speed reversal of an input shaft secured to the actuating arm.
