    摘要: Said invention can be used for transport means, sports cars and power plants. The inventive engine comprises a hollow toroidal working cylinder provided with a continuous circular slot embodied along the small diameter thereof, a nozzle or a spark plug and arc-wise extended input and output orifices embodied in the wall thereof for admitting air or air-fuel mixture and exhausting combustion gases. The novelty of the inventive engine lies in that the transmission gear thereof is provided with four eccentrics whose crankshaft necks are fixed to the axial holes of the pinions and arranged in the four bores of a fly wheel, whose axes are circumferentially disposed at an even pitch. The crankshaft necks are connected to the bearing elements through connecting rods each of which is arranged by the ends thereof in such a way that they are rotatable about the crankshaft neck and an axis disposed in the wall of one of the bearing elements. The particular embodiments of the invention relates to the relative positions of the fly wheel and bearing elements determining the different forms of the fly wheel embodiment and the connections thereof to the pinions. The invention makes it possible to exclude load impacts to the transmission gear, reduce other loads applied thereto and the friction power loss and to ensure more flexible connections there between, thereby increasing the engine performance, the reliability and overhaul period thereof, reduce the size and mass of the elements of the transmission gear and extend the possibility for specifying the behaviour of speed variation of the relative motion of the bearing elements.

    摘要: A transmission device includes a central wheel, a satellite wheel, a drive element and a tension control device. The central wheel is disposed to rotate about a central wheel axle that is fixed in a first position. The satellite wheel has a satellite wheel axle, which is movable with the satellite wheel relative to the fixed position such that the satellite wheel does not rotate about the satellite wheel axle. The drive element, which has a first portion and a second portion, connects the central wheel and the satellite wheel. When the satellite wheel revolves in a first direction around the central wheel, the central wheel is induced to rotate in a second direction opposite the first direction. The tension control device is connected to the drive element and controls its tension to at least partially compensate for the induced rotation of the central wheel.

    摘要: A variable speed drive mechanism for transferring a workpiece in an accelerated and decelerated motion comprising a pair of spaced carrier arms driven by a main shaft that rotates through a fixed stationary gear. A set of pulleys is mounted between the carrier arms and a flexible drive member drivingly connects the stationary gear and the pulleys. One of the set of pulleys drives a pair of bellcranks each of which is operatively connected to a transfer arm through a roller and cam slot arrangement. The connection between the bellcrank and the transfer arm provides a more desirable acceleration and deceleration movement of the transfer arms.

The crank disc meshes with a pinion of a driven shaft. By this development the characteristics of the crank drive can be chosen within a wide range. Combustion and efficiency can be increased upon employment in a piston combustion motor.

    摘要: An inserter for vacuum installations has a two-part arm provided with a driving and, a single joint and an end for holding an object. The arm can turn in at least one horizontal plane about a vertical main axis disposed in the area of the driving end, and has at least one motor for moving the arm about the main axis and changing the angle between the parts of the arm at the joint. This inserter is constructed such that: (a) the main axis is surrounded by a housing in which an outer hollow shaft is rotatably disposed, with a central shaft coaxial therewith, the outer hollow shaft being co-rotational with the drive end of the lever and with the central shaft, there being a transmission mechanism which acts on a rotatable stubshaft belonging to the joint and supporting the outer part of the lever which has the holding end; (b) one independently operated motor is connected with the hollow shaft and another is connected with the central shaft for respective independent rotation of these parts; (c) the inner part of the lever is in the form of a hermetically sealed hollow body containing the mechanism that couples the central shaft to the subshaft; and (d) the bearings of the hollow shaft and stubshaft are sealed from the interior of the vacuum system by at least low-friction, preferably friction-free, sealing elements.

    摘要: An intermittent reversible indexing system having a rotary input and a rotary output with variable kinematic characteristics including an epicycloidal drive with dwell characteristics. A planetary carrier carrying a single planetary gear is driven about a first axis with the planetary gear in mesh with a stationary reaction gear concentric about said first axis. A drive member in the form of a shaft eccentric to the axis of the planetary engages and slides in a slot of an output member, thereby driving an output member about a second axis displaced from said first axis. The reaction gear is mounted for oscillation and a mechanism for oscillating the reaction gear is driven by an input power means which also drives the planetary carrier. A crank and lever mechanism or a simple cam mechanism can be used to oscillate the reaction gear in response to the input power means.

    摘要: An earth-working machine such as an excavator includes a mobile chassis having a support base on which an internal or external gear is fixedly mounted. A slider ring is mounted on the underside of a turntable with a hydraulic motor mounted thereon and having a drive pinion held in mesh with the internal or external gear. A carriage supporting an excavating mechanism has an internal or external gear fixed to the underside of the carriage and rotatably mounted on an annular holder fixed to the turntable. An intermediate shaft is rotatably journalled in at least one bearing mounted on the turntable and has a pair of pinions fixed thereto and held in mesh with the gears, respectively. Alternatively, an intermediate shaft may have a pinion held in driving mesh with the gear secured to the carriage and driven by another hydraulic motor mounted on the turntable through sprockets and a chain trained therearound. As a further alternative, another hydraulic motor is mounted on the turntable and has a pinion held in driving mesh with the gear on the carriage, and the pinions on the intermediate shaft may be disconnected by a clutch means.
