    摘要： Printing groups are each comprised of at least two cooperating cylinders, each of which is mounted in a bearing unit that radially displaces its associated cylinder. At least one of these bearing units is provided with an actuator which is controlled, or regulated by a control unit. An inking unit, which encompasses at least one ink application roller, is provided for each printing group. At least one of the cylinders of the printing group, and an ink application roller of the associated inking unit can optionally be placed against each other. A dampening unit, comprising at least one dampening fluid application roller, is also provided. At least one of the cylinders of the printing group and a dampening fluid application roller of the dampening unit are also optionally placed against each other. The at least one actuator for the bearing unit is remotely controlled and is embodied either as a hydraulic actuator or as a pneumatic actuator.

    摘要： A dryer is used for drying a web of material. The dryer includes a passage duct for the material web. Drying takes place within this passage duct which includes at least one straight section. The dryer is disposed on a printing group which includes vertical web guidance. The passage duct straight section is essentially horizontal and receives the web of material delivered to it by the printing group. The passage duct is comprised of at least two sections through which the web of material travels in opposite directions.

    摘要： A pressure adjustment device of a chambered doctor blade system of a printing press includes at least one chambered doctor blade, at least one ink chamber having at least one supply line connected to an ink reservoir and having at least one drain line or overflow opening that at least partially forms a return flow path of the medium from the at least one ink chamber to the at least one ink reservoir. At least one pressure release valve is arranged in the one of the drain line or overflow opening. Another pressure release valve is also arranged in the at least one supply line. One of the pressure release valves is configured as a passive pressure release valve. The at least one pressure release valve arranged in the at least one supply line has a line connection to at least one bypass line. That bypass line is arranged to at least partially form a return flow path of the medium from the supply line to the ink reservoir.

    摘要： An adjustment of a transfer of printing ink is accomplished by arranging a first roller in an inker unit and by using that first roller to transfer ink to a forme cylinder. A temperature is adjusted on an outer surface of the first roller by the use of a first temperature control unit which includes an adjuster device. The adjuster device also adjusts a temperature to be set on an outer surface of the forme cylinder by the use of a second temperature control unit. These two temperature control units adjust parameters of the printing ink through the controls of the outer surfaces of their associated first roller and forme cylinders. The parameters of the printing ink which are adjusted are preferably the ink's tackiness and its viscosity.
