摘要： An adjustable in height armrest comprises a tubular armrest column and a tubular armrest carrier telescopes on the armrest column. An arm support is secured to the top of the armrest carrier. The armrest column is releasably lockable at various heights and angles using a releasable locking system. The releasable locking system includes two locking members carried by the armrest carrier and lockable with the armrest column spring biased lock release member is slidable on the armrest carrier and moves between a locked position and a release position against the spring bias. In the release position the locking members are free to move outwardly allowing movement of the armrest carrier and the armrest column for both height and angular adjustment thereof.

摘要： An arm assembly (24) is provided for a chair (12). The chair (12) has a forward direction and a rearward direction. The arm assembly (24) includes an armrest (26) and a support structure (28). A mounting device movably mounts the armrest to the support structure. The mounting device constrains the movement of the armrest (26) relative to the support structure to movement in a substantially horizontal plane having two degrees of freedom defined by first and second transversely arranged axes lying within the substantially horizontal plane. The armrest (26) thus move in a substantially planar fashion without changing the orientation of the armrest (26).

摘要： A pivoting armrest is configured for mounting on the bottom part of the aisle side of a vehicle seat frame. The armrest may receive a control cable and is mounted on a hub that allows passage of the control cable to the vehicle seat mechanism. The armrest is maintained in position by a lock pin, and a resilient plate controls the lock pin. A handgrip is mounted to a lower part of the armrest for easy grasping by the fingers of a user. The handgrip engages a lower edge of the resilient plate so that a user's pulling outward on the lower edge of the handgrip releases the lock pin.

The elevator plate has a plurality of pairs of click grooves. The movable block has a top head having a round blind hole to receive the spring. The control button has a center recess. The armrest seat has a pair of rail sets, an oblong hole, an elongated groove, a pair of oblong apertures, and an oblong recess. The elevator plate is inserted in the armrest seat. The movable block is inserted in the elongated groove of the armrest seat. Each cylinder shaft is inserted in the corresponding oblong aperture of the armrest seat. The cover plate engages with the oblong hole of the armrest seat. The top head of the movable block is inserted through the cover plate and inserted in the center recess of the control button.

The arm includes a frame having a channel running along the opposite sides thereof. The decorative panel is slidably received by the arm at the channel within the frame. After the decorative panel is pushed into the frame, an arm rest is secured to the top of the frame to prevent a removal of the panel therefrom. The decor of the panel is visible within a window surrounded by the frame.
