    摘要: A probe system includes a probe head and a transceiver element. The probe head has a feeler and a sensor element. Moreover, the probe head is able to be transferred from a passive state to an active state, a sensor signal being able to be generated by the sensor element in the active state. The probe head and the transceiver element are configured such that a wireless data transmission is possible between them in a manner that the sensor signal is convertible in the probe head into a switching signal which is transmittable from the probe head to the transceiver element. During the active state, a control command is able to be transmitted continuously in wireless fashion by the transceiver element, the active state of the probe head being able to be maintained by the continuously transmitted control command. Furthermore, the switching signal is able to be transmitted without collision with respect to the transmission of the control command.

    摘要: A portable coordinate measurement machine having three articulating arm transfer members can provide accurate measurements. The transfer members can be single tube assemblies. The transfer members can each be rotatably joined by relatively short articulating joint assemblies allowing relative rotation of adjacent transfer members about two degrees of freedom. Encoders can be used to measure the relative rotation about each of the degrees of freedom, and signals from the encoders can be digitized by processor boards positioned within the transfer members. Processor boards can be placed in tandem in the transfer members, and one or more of the processor boards can be mounted on a rotatable assembly. Slip rings can electrically couple all of the processor boards to allow for infinite rotatability of the articulating arm.

    摘要: A probe head includes sensors having, in each instance, a pressure-sensitive surface, electrical signal being producible by the sensors when pressure forces are acting. Furthermore, the probe head has mechanical transmission elements and a holding element for positioning the transmission elements with respect to the sensors. The holding element is fixed in a stationary manner relative to the sensors and is configured such that the transmission elements are movable relative to the sensors in a direction having a directional component orthogonal to the surface. Furthermore, the probe head includes a probe element, which is deflectable relative to the sensors. The probe element, the sensors and the transmission elements are arranged in a mechanical operative connection such that by contacting the probe element, a change in the level of the electrical signal is producible by at least one of the sensors.
