According to one aspect, a footstep detection method includes obtaining accelerometer data regarding movements of a user device, filtering the accelerometer data to remove frequencies above a typical stepping frequency range of a user, after the filtering, analyzing individual ones of a plurality of cycles of the accelerometer data to determine whether any of the individual cycles corresponds to a user taking a footstep with the user device, and as a result of the analyzing, indicating at least one of the individual cycles as corresponding to the user taking a footstep.

    摘要: Embodiments relate to a system, program product, and method for use and an artificial intelligence (AI) platform to identify and analyze physical forces related to sensory input. A sensor operatively coupled to an inertial measurement unit (IMU) is activated. An initial position of the IMU responsive to the sensor activation is captured and movement of the IMU from the initial position is recognized. A comparison is preformed, where the captured initial position is compared to a second position which is correlated with the recognized movement. A score based on the performed comparison is determined and a diagnostic assessment based on the performed comparison and determined score is created. The diagnostic assessment is converted to feedback, where the conversion utilizes real-time communication of an instruction of a second movement position of the IMU. Receipt of the feedback physically conveys a manifestation of the feedback to the apparatus.

    摘要: A magnetic levitation reaction sphere includes a spherical-housing-shaped rotor and three groups of stators. Each group includes two stators using the sphere center of the rotor as a symcenter. Axes of the three groups are mutually orthogonal. Each stator comprises a stator core and a coil array. An air gap is reserved between an inner surface of each stator core and the outer surface of the rotor. Through grooves are radially formed in the stator cores. The coil arrays are disc-type motor stator windings. Two effective sides of each coil in each coil array are respectively placed in two through grooves of the corresponding stator core. The magnetic levitation reaction sphere has low cost; levitation and rotation driving are integrated; the magnetic levitation reaction sphere has a simple and compact structure, a small size and a low mass, and relates to inherent stable levitation; and the levitation control is simple.

    摘要: Methods and systems for compensating for the absence or loss of a sensor measurement in a heading reference system such as an aircraft attitude and heading reference system, integrated standby unit, or vehicle inertial system, provides an estimate of the lost sensor measurement by estimating the bank angle after a detected vehicle turn. The estimate of the bank angle may also be used to estimate the vehicle's speed. Additionally, when the lost sensor measurement is a temperature measurement, the described methods and systems offer an improvement over estimating air temperature using a standard (e.g., ISA) model. The methods and systems also allow for the refinement of computed estimates using filtering techniques, such as low-pass or Kalman filtering. The methods may be iteratively repeated for each detected turn in order to maintain an accurate estimate of the lost sensor measurement or other estimates, such as vehicle speed.
