    摘要: A multi-function integrally molded plastic fastener for insertion within a hole in a wall for fastening objects to any of solid, thick or thin hollow walls. The fastener comprises a base element and an anchoring element with the base element being positioned within the hole and depending whether the wall is solid, thick or thin hollow wall, the anchoring element is positioned totally within, partially within and totally behind the wall respectively. The anchoring element is comprised of outstretched anchoring arms which are collapsible for insertion within the hole and which arms have interfitting sections of a sinusoidal wave configuration to minimize the cross section of the anchoring element and the width required for the hole. The ends of the arms, spaced from the base element, engage an external fastening member thereby providing a solid anchorage in any of a solid, thick or thin hollow wall.

    摘要: A panelling system and carrier therefor for covering a wall or ceiling in which the panels have inturned side portions on each side, one of which is turned towards the other side and then back towards the main panel to provide a rim. The other side portion has at its free edge, an arm turned away from the one side. The panels are supported by inverted U- or V-shaped cross-section carriers formed with notches which define hook shaped lugs. These lugs are inserted into the rims of the panels and the arms of the adjacent panels overlie these rims. A space is provided above the thus mounted arms so that the arms can be lifted thereby to allow the underlying rim to be disengaged for the removal of a panel.

Each of the two parts (20, 21) of the clamp and the support member (13) have a uniform cross-section throughout their length to permit these parts to be extruded and cut to length.

    摘要: The invention relates to a mounting device for panel elements, especially for buildings and the like, which mounting device includes a number of mounting bars, which are mounted on the surface to be covered by the panel elements which are provided with a number of mounting ribs for cooperation with the mounting bars. The object is to provide a simple device of this kind, which device allows mounting without requirement for accurate alignment of the different details. This is accomplished in that each mounting bar carries a number of retaining members for cooperation with the mounting ribs. The retaining members are locked against movement perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the mounting bar but are freely slideable along the mounting bars to enable adjustment of the retaining members relative to the mounting ribs. Each retaining member includes two jaws facing each other, said jaws being directed outwardly at an angle to the mounting bar and at their outer ends being connected by means of a connecting member which defines an upwardly open and in the initial position of the jaws substantially trapezoidal recess, in which the mounting rib fits and which, when the panel element is pushed inwardly, closes around the mounting rib, so that the jaws retain the same.
