    摘要: A drive module of a power trunk using a mechanical clutch gear may prevent a trunk door from being restricted by an electric motor when manually opening and closing a power trunk without using the electric motor, thereby reducing manual opening and closing force. The drive module may include a first middle gear receiving power of a motor and including a protruding portion formed on one side thereof, a second middle gear including a plurality of projections formed on an inner circumference thereof, and a stopper located inside the second middle gear, wherein the stopper comprises two supports capable of being in contact with the protruding portion such that the protruding portion presses one of the two supports to project outside the stopper according to rotational movement of the first middle gear in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction and one end of the projecting support is caught by the projection of the second middle gear to transmit a rotational force of the first middle gear to the second middle gear.

    摘要: A helical bevel gear is proposed, in particular a worm gear, for an electrical auxiliary control, wherein said gear (G) has a pinion or a worm (1), which can be connected to a drive shaft of an electrical drive motor, and which is disposed in a gear housing, and is engaged with a helical wheel or worm wheel, wherein said pinion or said worm (1) is mounted radially and axially, wherein said gear (G) contains a bearing provided with balls (2) for the axial mounting of said pinion or said worm (1), which is secured in the axial direction (x) using at least one elastic element (5). The use of a special pivot bearing or pendulum bearing for a pivotable mounting of the pinion and/or the worm can even be disposed with by a helical bevel gear or worm gear (G) designed in this way. The axial mounting of the pinion or the worm can be implemented relatively simply and cost effectively, for example by a spring (5), the spring force thereof preferably being able to be adjusted using a set screw (6). Overall, a design of a low noise pinion or worm gear which is cost effective to produce and simple to handle in assembly thus results.

The housing (10) includes a plurality of split housings (36, 37; 36, 37A, 70) connected to each other. The speed reduction mechanism (23) includes an output gear (22) surrounding the steer shaft (9). The motion converting mechanism (24, 76) includes a rotary sleeve (28) surrounding the steer shaft (9) and rotatable integrally with the output gear (22) and converts the rotation of the rotary sleeve (28) into axial movement of the steer shaft (9). The rotary sleeve (28) is rotatably supported by first and second bearings (30, 31) disposed on opposite sides of the output gear (22). The split housings (36, 37; 36, 37A, 70) include main split housings (37, 37A) rotatably supporting an input gear (21) and supporting the first and second bearings (30, 31).
