摘要: A vehicle steering assist device includes a steering assist ECU. The steering assist ECU calculates a target steering angle for driving the vehicle along the road, and a target steering guide torque that guides the driver's steering so that the actual steering angle becomes the target steering angle. The steering assist ECU controls the torque applying device so that the steering guide torque becomes the target steering guide torque. The steering assist ECU acquires at least one of information on the driving environment of the vehicle and information on the state of the driver, and calculates an index value indicating the necessity of the steering guide torque based on at least one of the pieces of information. The steering assist ECU corrects the target steering guide torque based on the index value so that the higher the need for the steering guide torque, the larger the target steering guide torque.

In one example, a steer-by-wire system comprises an electric motor coupled to a steering axle via a bevel gear set, where a rotor of the electric motor is perpendicular to the steering axle, and the bevel gear set comprises a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear. The steer-by-wire system includes an overload protection arrangement, where the second bevel gear is normally coupled to a ball screw nut via a plurality of locking pins, the plurality of locking pins disengaging from the second bevel gear and allowing slipping of the ball screw nut in response to an external impact load acting on the ball screw nut exceeding a threshold.

摘要: A position detecting device is configured to detect a position of a moving member in which a conductive portion and a non-conductive portion having greater electrical resistance than the conductive portion are provided side by side in a predetermined moving direction. The position detection device is provided with an exciting coil and a detection coil that are arranged extending in the moving direction of the moving member. A voltage is induced in the detection coil by a current flowing in the conductive portion due to a magnetic field generated by the exciting coil. A magnitude of the voltage induced in the detection coil varies with a position in the moving direction of the moving member relative to the detection coil. 摘要: In a vehicular steering control device, a steer-by-wire system, and a method for controlling a steer-by-wire system according to the present invention, if an abnormality of a rotation angle sensor of a turning motor is detected, open-loop control is performed on the turning motor based on a rotation angle of a motor shaft before the abnormality of the rotation angle sensor is detected and information concerning a reaction generation device that applies reaction torque to steering wheel. Consequently, it is possible to continue control of a turning angle even if the rotation angle sensor of the turning motor fails, while suppressing an increase in system cost.

The steer by wire system can include a control circuit comprising a first PID Controller which receives at an input a set point signal and provides as an output a control signal that is used to control the motor, the controller being arranged in a closed loop with the motor and configured to minimise an error value indicative of the difference between the demanded behaviour of the motor as indicated by the set point signal and the actual behaviour of the motor.

摘要: A steering wheel structure for an omnidirectional mobile robot chassis is provided. The steering wheel structure can realize two degrees of freedom: the rudder rotation of the steering wheel rotation and the full free movement realized in the horizontal plane, it has the characteristics of a small size and a lower height. The wheel assembly realizes the movement of the steering wheel when it moves forward; the rudder assembly realizes the movement of the steering wheel when the steering wheel rotates, initializes the steering direction, and calibrates the rotation through the zero position sensor; the suspension assembly realizes the damping and buffering of the longitudinal motion of the steering wheel; the wiring assembly constrains the movement of various wires when the rudder rotates; the support plate is used for the connection and support of the wheel assembly and the wiring assembly with the rudder assembly.
