In addition, sealing of the display part is done by mechanical sealing structure and glass pate, and the original position is displayed by a written paper, thereby energy consumption is low.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an automatic spring fastener assembly machine, including a rack and a power control box, and the rack is provided with a circulating conveying device, and a rubber casing feeding device, a fastener feeding device and a spring loading device which are in turn arranged around the circulating conveying device. The rubber casing feeding device includes a rubber casing vibration tray disposed to the left front side of the circulating conveying device, and the rubber casing feeding vibration tray is connected with a rubber casing distributing block through the rubber casing conveying track. The upper side of the circulating conveying device is provided with a rubber casing transportation manipulator, and the right front side thereof is provided with a rubber casing clamping device located below the rubber casing transportation manipulator, and a fastener pushing in device fitting the circulating conveying device is disposed under the rubber casing clamping device. In the present invention, material feeding and conveying is done by the circulating conveying device, and fasteners are fitted into corresponding holes on the rubber casings from a higher position with the fastener pushing in device, which can be completed fast and efficiently, is easy to operate, realize quick assembly of spring fasteners and improve working efficiency.

    摘要: The present invention relates to the field of take-out food cases, more particularly to a take-out food case for keeping food fresh. The principle is as follows. The temperature information of the heat insulation portion is detected and fed back to the temperature controller by the thermocouple probe. When the detected temperature is lower than the minimum temperature preset by the temperature controller, carbon fiber heating pipes are controlled to heat the food by the temperature controller. When the temperature inside the heat insulation portion reaches to the maximum temperature preset by the temperature controller, carbon fiber heating pipes are controlled to stop heating by means of the temperature controller. When the take-out food case for keeping food fresh is not in use, ultraviolet sterilizing lamps are controlled to perform regular sterilization for the take-out food case by means of the timer.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of adaptively adjusting lift and drag on an airfoil-shaped sail. The method includes: (1) mounting at least one airfoil-shaped sail body having an airfoil-shaped cross section; (2) defining a Y-shaped air jet channel in the airfoil-shaped sail body; (3) arranging a flow regulating gate in the Y-shaped air jet channel; (4) adjusting the flow regulating gate to automatically adjust the gate opening extent and the cross section opening or closing extent in response to an oncoming flow with a varying direction and speed, to regulate the airflow within the air jet channel and accordingly change the angle of attack, so that the lift and drag on the sail body can be automatically adjusted as the wind speed changes. Further disclosed are an airfoil-shaped sail implementing the above method as well as a vertical-axis wind turbine employing the airfoil-shaped sail.

    摘要: Disclosed are a precision casting wax based on graphite oxide modified rosin and its production method. The precision casting wax is composed of 20%˜30% of modified rosin, 50%˜65% of paraffin, 5%˜10% of an adhesion agent, 5%˜40% of PE wax, and 0%˜3% of montan wax (in mass percentage), and the total content adds up to 100%. The modified rosin is composed of first-grade rosin, graphite oxide, zinc oxide and pentaerythritol. The graphite oxide, zinc oxide, and pentaerythritol have a mass equal to 5%˜8%, 0.3%˜0.5%, and 5%˜8% of the mass of the first-grade rosin respectively. The modified rosin has a softening point of 98° C.˜103° C. and an acidity value of 15 KOH/g˜25 KOH/g. The present invention has the features of small needle penetration, small linear shrinkage rate, large bending strength, and small ash content, and thus can satisfy the requirements of high size precision and high surface quality of the precision casting.
