    摘要: The present invention relates to an automatic package device, which may include a rack and a power control box provided on the rack. The cutter blade transportation device is provided on the rack along the X axis direction. Below the cutter blade transportation device and inside the rack, lower film feeding device is provided. At the rear side of the rack, the upper film feeding device is provided. At the front end of the cutter blade transportation device and on the rack are provided a blade feeding rail and cutter blade carrying device cooperating with each other. At the rear end of the cutter blade transportation device is provided a film sealing device which cooperates with the upper film feeding device and lower film feeding device. At the rear end of the film sealing device and on the rack is provided a dragging device fitting the blade strip. At the back side of the dragging device is provided a transverse cutting device fitting the blade strip. The present invention may achieve automatic feeding by the cutter blade carrying device. The dragging device may extend the upper and lower film material back and forth repeatedly. And the hot-pressing process may be accomplished by the film sealing device. The present invention may automatically seal the blades and the cutting device may separate the product one by one. At last the packaging process may be accomplished with high degree of automation and greatly improve production efficiency.

    摘要: The present invention generally relates to assembly equipment of valve body, especially to riveting and grinding assembly for nozzle of screw shaft valve. The invention may include a rack, a power control box, a turntable and a turntable divider. A carrier assembly which engages with the screw shaft valve body is installed on the edge of the turntable with uniform distribution. On the center part of the turntable, a support shaft which is installed on and fixed with the rack is vertically interposed and on the top of the support shaft, an upper supporting disc is installed. A valve pipe feeding device, a valve pipe preloading device, a valve pipe riveting device and a valve pipe grinding device which engage with the carrier assembly are installed on the said rack on the rotational direction of turntable. As the threaded pipe is put into the carrier assembly by valve pipe feeding device, the carrier assembly rotates counterclockwise along the turntable and rotates to the valve pipe feeding device to the press threaded pipe into the valve seat. Thereafter the carrier assembly rotates the valve pipe riveting device and rivets threaded pipe with a valve flange in order to finish assembling process. Finally, the carrier assembly rotates the valve pipe grinding device to grind nozzle of valve to finish grinding and riveting process of threaded pipe with high positioning accuracy of assembly and marvelous hermetic sealing.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a camellia fruit shelling and sorting machine, including a sorting belt conveyance trough provided on a frame, the sorting belt conveyance trough is connected with a shelling mechanism through a sorting tank. The sorting belt conveyance trough is provided with a sorting tank, and a sorting guide block and a sorting separate block is provided within the sorting tank. A sorting sweeping block is placed in the inner top of the sorting tank, and the inner top of which is adjacent to the sorting conveyor. Spacing between the sorting sweep block and the sorting belt conveyance trough is greater than one camellia seed but less than two camellia seeds. The sorting separate block is provided with a sorting opening, and the sorting tank is embedded with a sorting push block. The sorting push block is connected with a sorting cylinder moved forwards and backwards on the frame, and the inner side of the sorting push block is embedded with a sorting beam emitter and is provided with a reflected beam receiver. The sorting beam emitter and the reflected beam receiver on the sorting push block of the present invention are used for detection of the camellia seeds, which may separate the inferior camellia seeds to realize the high-efficiency sorting of camellia seeds.
