    Abstract: There is provided a door trim including: an armrest; an ornament member coupled to the armrest; and a planar heater configured to warm the armrest or the ornament member. The planar heater is disposed between a resin core member and a surface member which form the armrest or the ornament member, and includes a nonwoven fabric and a heating wire fixed to the nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric includes first and second bonded parts and a connection part connecting between the first and second bonded parts. The second bonded part is routed to be disposed on the back surface side of the armrest (the back surface side of the ornament member) by the connection part being inserted into an interface gap between the armrest and the ornament member. A thermostat is mounted on the second bonded part.

    Abstract: A molding method for a synthetic resin molding that includes a molding body, a bent portion, and a flange. The bent portion and the flange are continuous in a longitudinal direction of the side edge. The flange includes a wide portion and a narrow portion. The molding method for the synthetic resin molding includes arranging a gate at a position corresponding to an end of one side of the flange in a longitudinal direction, performing injection molding using a colored resin material containing a luster agent kneaded in the material, and forming a protrusion along the side edge in the longitudinal direction at a back of a boundary portion between the flange and the molding body to reduce interference of flow of the molten resin from the flange toward the molding body during the injection molding.

The bracket portion includes a first fixing part to which the armrest upper section is fixed and a second fixing part to which the center trim is fixed.

    Abstract: An impact absorbing structure absorbs an impact applied from outside or inside of a vehicle near a seat belt anchor bolt that protrudes from the vehicle body panel toward the inside of the vehicle. The impact absorbing structure includes a cylinder body that accommodates a head part of the seat belt anchor bolt; an impact absorbing box arranged adjacently to the cylinder body, the impact absorbing box including a top plate facing the vehicle body panel; a base that supports the impact absorbing box; an attaching unit that attaches the base to a back face of the vehicle interior component; a stepped portion arranged on a side face of the impact absorbing box as a base point of crush deformation of the impact absorbing box; and a rib arranged between the impact absorbing box and the cylinder body to prevent escape of the impact absorbing box due to tilting thereof.
