摘要： A cable-operated mechanism for actuating a slide-out room includes a column, an endless chain loop disposed with the column, first and second drive blocks engaged with the chain loop, and first through fourth cables attached at first ends thereof to the drive blocks. The cables are attached at second ends thereof to inboard and outboard ends of a slide out room. Operation of the chain loop in a first direction tensions the cables attached to the inboard end of the room and slackens the cables attached to the outboard end. Operation of the chain loop in a second direction has the opposite effect.

摘要： A leveling and stabilizing jack includes an intermediate member joining first and second lifting sections. Each lifting section includes a cross beam, a leg, a brace, a foot, a motor and a drive screw. The motor powers the drive screw, which is operably associated with the leg, to cause the leg to extend away from or retract toward the cross beam depending on the motor's direction of rotation. A motor control can control the motor of each of the lifting sections independently in a manner that results in leveling of the jack when deployed.

The bed can also be positioned above a seating area in the vehicle and moved upward with one or more screw drive members or one or more straps.

The sill seal includes a horizontal portion, an outer flange depending from the horizontal portion, an oblique portion extending obliquely from the horizontal portion, and an inner flange extending upwardly from the horizontal portion. A wiper extends upwardly from the inner flange. The inner flange and oblique portion cooperate to form a trough. One or more weep holes are formed in the inner flange to allow for communication of water from the trough to the other side of the inner flange.
