摘要： A seal useful in sealing slide out rooms may be used singularly or in pairs to straddle a wall through which the opening is located. The seal includes a passageway for containing cabling. The passageway is cooperatively formed by a base, an offsetting member, a movable bulb, and a deformable rib. In use, the movable bulb may be lifted to access the passageway. When closed, the movable lid presses against and deforms the rib to create a substantially water-tight seal around the passageway.

摘要： A method for connecting the joint of two ends of at least one chassis sealing element. In order to allow a secure and quick connection of the ends and allow an additional unhindered passage of air and moisture between hollow chambers within the chassis sealing element via the joint when using a profiled hollow chamber, the ends are first arranged at a distance to each other, and a shapeless bonding agent is applied to at least one end. The bonding agent is then heated, and the ends are brought into mutual contact, whereby the ends are bonded at the joint by way of the heated bonding agent.

摘要： A sealing shroud is provided for blocking the port through a panel of the service compartment on an RV vehicle, or the like, through which the sewage outlet hose is connected to the external sewage line. This sealing shroud includes a pervious section preferably fabricated from a wire mesh which prevents rodents or other varmints from chewing an opening therein. The sealing shroud is carried by the external sewage line and blocks a rodent from entering into the RV through the space between the sewage line and the RV port.

摘要： A weather strip for an automobile is provided that prevents formation of an electric circuit caused by an intrusion of snow, water or the like. The weather strip includes an installation base member operatively coupled on a body of an automobile at a periphery edge of an opening corresponding to a door, and a hollow seal member integrally molded with the installation base member. The hollow seal member protrudes to a side of the door at an outer side of the automobile and makes an elastic contact with the door when the door is in a closed position. An entire exposed outer surface of the hollow seal member and an outer surface of the installation base member continued from the hollow seal member are formed sequentially by a non-electric conductive material having the volume resistivity of 106Ω or greater.

摘要： A seal assembly is mounted to a floor portion of an RV with a slide out room. The slide out room has a wall and a floor that is separated from the floor of the RV. The seal assembly has a floor portion, a separate wear bar and a separate bulb seal. The floor portion has a mounting portion that receives the wear bar and an exterior leg that connects the bulb seal using a tongue and groove. Fasteners connect the wear bar and floor portion to the floor of the RV. The floor portion includes a wiper that extends upwardly from an inner lateral edge. A catch wall extends adjacent the wiper and cooperates with it to form a trough for drainage. The catch wall can receive a corner piece to direct drained water to the outside of the RV.
