Abstract:
A locking mechanism (1) for a vehicle seat includes a latch (11) that is to be interlocked with an opposite element (B) and is mounted to be pivotable about a first bearing bolt (13), at least one securing element (25, 31) that secures the latch (11) in the locked state, and a movable unlocking handle (42). The unlocking handle (42) is directly hinged to one of the securing elements (25, 31) by means of a single pivot point (48).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vehicle seat with a seat pan for carrying a seat cushion of the vehicle seat, a support element adjustable along an adjustment direction relative to the seat pan for carrying an additional cushion adjustable relative to the seat cushion of the seat pan, and a seat depth adjusting means arranged on the seat pan for adjusting the support element relative to the seat pan. The seat depth adjusting means includes a guide assembly carrying the support element and an actuating assembly for actuating the seat depth adjusting means. By means of guide means the guide assembly is movably guided on the seat pan along the adjustment direction. It is provided that the guide means comprise at least one guiding device which is integrally molded into the seat pan.
Abstract:
A lock for a vehicle seat has a catch which is pivotable about a catch axis between a release position and a locking position in order to cooperate with a locking bolt or a locking clip of a vehicle structure, and has an ejector. The ejector has a spring element disposed in a housing of the lock. The ejector can be brought into abutment against the vehicle structure or the locking bolt or locking clip by a biased spring element.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a drill comprising a cemented carbide or high speed steel substrate and a coating wherein the coating comprises: a first layer system having a multilayered structure covering substantially the whole active part of the drill, a second layer system having a multilayered structure covering only the tip area of the drill.Drills according to the present invention have good wear resistance and improved properties when reconditioning the drill. The present invention also relates to a method of making a drill according to the present invention.

Abstract:
Described is an infusion bag comprising a layer made of nonwoven fabric composed of bicomponent fibers and/or filaments composed of a high-melting component and a low-melting component, the high-melting component including a polyester. Problems in the fabrication of the nonwoven fabric are avoided by the fact that the low-melting component includes a likewise high-melting polymer having a melting point ≧200° C.
Abstract:
A coated article is provided with a low-emissivity (low-E) layer stack for use in a window unit or the like. The layer stack, or coating, may permit the coated article to achieve one or more of a low solar factor (SF) value, a high selectivity (Tvis/SF) value, substantially neutral color at normal and/or off-axis viewing angles, and/or low emissivity. When high selectivity values are achieved, there is provided a high ratio of visible transmission to SF, which is a desirable feature in certain example instances. In certain example embodiments, a sub-oxide layer may be used as a contact layer under an infrared (IR) reflecting layer in order to permit low SF values, high selectivity, and good coloration to be achieved.
Abstract:
In a fluid cylinder (1), the piston (2) and the piston rod (3) can be displaced axially by a fluid. Means (5, 7) are located on the fluid cylinder (1) which convert the axial motion of the piston (2) and the piston rod (3) to a rotational motion.
Abstract:
In the case of a locking mechanism (1) for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having a pivotably mounted pawl (11) for locking to a mating element (B), and having at least one securing element (25, 31) which secures a locked state by interaction with a first functional surface (21) of the pawl (11), and secures an opened state by interaction with a second functional surface (41) of the pawl (11), the securing element (25, 31) exerts an opening moment on the pawl (11) in the opened state.
