摘要: The present invention provides a search space configuration that is suitable for a communication system in which a plurality of fundamental frequency blocks are grouped together into a wide band. A base station apparatus (20) has a selection section (302) that selects a system band in fundamental frequency block units, a downlink control information generation section (306) that generates downlink control information for demodulating the data channels that are sent separately in the selected fundamental frequency blocks, and arranges, in the downlink control channel of a specific fundamental frequency block among a plurality of fundamental frequency blocks, a search space in which downlink control information for the plurality of fundamental frequency blocks is contained, and a transmission section (203) that transmits the downlink control channel in which the search space with the downlink control information is arranged.

摘要: A data processing method and a base station for downlink transmit diversity are disclosed. One embodiment of the method comprises: obtaining data symbol groups formed by arranging a first type data symbol and a second type data symbol in an interval, wherein the first type data symbol is more important; determining a first antenna port pairing mode corresponding to a current slot; performing, for OFDM symbols including the reference signal in the current slot, an antenna port and subcarrier mapping on symbols in a transmit diversity matrix corresponding to the data symbol groups according to the first antenna port pairing mode, wherein a subcarrier in which a symbol related to the first type data symbol is located is nearer to a subcarrier in which a reference signal at the same antenna port is located; and performing an inverse fast fourier transform and a cyclic prefix insertion processing on symbols mapped to subcarriers and then mapping the time domain symbols to a physical antenna for transmission. According to embodiments of the invention, comparatively important symbols may obtain better protection.

摘要: A coupling device 1 for releasably coupling first and second axially aligned hollow tubes 10 and 11 end to end. The coupling device comprises a substantially cylindrical body 2 that is adapted to be received within the adjacent ends of the first and second tubes 10 and 11, wherein the device includes an adjustment mechanism 3 operable for radially expanding and contracting the cylindrical body 2. In an expanded state of the cylindrical body 2, the coupling device forms a friction joint with each of the tubes, locking the tubes relative to each other. The cylindrical body 2 includes one or two longitudinal slots 4 to allow expansion and contraction of the cylindrical body. The coupling device is particularly used for the joining of pole sections of dance exercise poles.

摘要: A plausible neural network (PLANN) is an artificial neural network with weight connection given by mutual information, which has the capability of inference and learning, and yet retains many characteristics of a biological neural network. The learning algorithm is based on statistical estimation, which is faster than the gradient decent approach currently used. The network after training becomes a fuzzy/belief network; the inference and weight are exchangeable, and as a result, knowledge extraction becomes simple. PLANN performs associative memory, supervised, semi-supervised, unsupervised learning and function/relation approximation in a single network architecture. This network architecture can easily be implemented by analog VLSI circuit design.

摘要: A process for preparing a pipelineable oil from a heavy crude oil by thermally treating the oil in the absence of added hydrogen, and under sufficiently severe conditions to induce the formation of an upgraded, low viscosity oil phase and a liquid asphalt phase that contains dispersed coke. The reaction is conducted under pressure sufficient to retain in the reactor most of the normally liquid hydrocarbons, under which conditions the two phases are readily separated and recovered solely by gravity settling. The process is readily adapted to oil field use with skid mounted units. The severity is adjusted to provide sufficient asphalt which, when burned, furnishes the steam required for production of the heavy crude oil.

摘要: An apparatus for recovering uranium and/or related values which include means for protecting ion-exchange resins in the recovery operation from oxidative degradation due to contact with hydrogen peroxide. A guard chamber is positioned in the elution circuit so that barren eluant, after it is stripped of its uranium and/or related values by treatment with hydrogen peroxide, will flow through the chamber. The guard chamber contains catalytic material, e.g. activated carbon, which decomposes hydrogen peroxide upon contact into water and oxygen. The barren eluant, after it passes through the catalytic material, is used to make up fresh eluant for reuse in the recovery method without the risk of the fresh eluant causing oxidative degradation of the resins.
