    摘要: A computer-implemented method, system, and computer program product for producing a semantic query by example are provided. The method includes receiving examples of potential results from querying a database table with an associated ontology, and extracting features from the database table and the examples based on the associated ontology. The method further includes training a classifier based on the examples and the extracted features, and applying the classifier to the database table to obtain a semantic query result. The method also includes outputting the semantic query result to a user interface, and requesting user feedback of satisfaction with the semantic query result. The method additionally includes updating the classifier and the semantic query result iteratively in response to the user feedback.

    摘要: The present invention provides a pair of locking pliers, comprising a main clamp body, a movable jaw, a movable handle, a link, a wedge-shaped piece and an adjusting mechanism. When the jaw span reaches maximum, the pair of locking pliers satisfies the following relations: H/D1≧0.5, (D2+D3)/D1≦3.1, D2/D3≧0.45, wherein H is the distance between the center of the first pivot and the axis X of the fixed handle passed through the center of the fourth pivot, D1 is the distance between the center of the first pivot and the center of the second pivot, D2 is the distance between the center of the second pivot and the center of the third pivot, D3 is the distance between the center of the third pivot and the center of the fourth pivot. The maximum opening angle of the jaw span of the invention can reach 49°, which results in the fact that the pair of locking pliers can efficiently and conveniently clamp large-size working piece. The clamping force can he adjusted and has nothing to do with the clamped working piece, which is beneficial to clamp the working pieces with different sizes. In addition, when the jaw span reaches the maximum, the angle between the movable handle and the fixed handle is relatively small, which is convenient for operating the pair of locking pliers with single hand.

    摘要: For the purpose of selecting a base station (110, 120) to be used as a serving base station of a mobile terminal (100), a traffic characteristic of the mobile terminal (100) is determined. The traffic characteristic may in particular be indicative of an asymmetry between downlink and uplink data traffic of the mobile terminal (100). On the basis of the traffic characteristic, a selection between a first mode and a second mode is performed. In the first mode the base station (110, 120) to be used as the serving base station is selected on the basis of its downlink radio capacity as compared to one or more other base stations (110, 120). In the second mode the base station (110, 120) to be used as the serving base station is selected on the basis of its uplink radio capacity as compared to one or more other base stations (110, 120).

    摘要: A rare-earth permanent magnetic powder, a bonded magnet, and a device comprising the bonded magnet are provided. The rare-earth permanent magnetic powder is mainly composed of 7-12 at % of Sm, 0.1-1.5 at % of M, 10-15 at % of N, 0.1-1.5 at % of Si, and Fe as the balance, wherein M is at least one element selected from the group of Be, Cr, Al, Ti, Ga, Nb, Zr, Ta, Mo, and V, and the main phase of the rare-earth permanent magnetic powder is of TbCu7 structure. Element Si is added into the rare-earth permanent magnetic powder for increasing the ability of SmFe alloy to from amorphous structure, and for increasing the wettability of the alloy liquid together with the addition of element M in a certain content, which enables the alloy liquid prone to be injected out of a melting device. The average diameter of the rare-earth permanent magnetic powder is in the range of 10-100 μm, and the rare-earth permanent magnetic powder is composed of nanometer crystals with average grain size of 10-120 nm or amorphous structure.

    摘要: To reduce and/or guarantee the round-trip delay of interactive processes, cooperative scheduling in forward and backward direction is proposed. In practice, a basic idea is to estimate the delay of packets of different users during network-based scheduling of packets in forward direction. During scheduling of packets in backward direction, packets of those users having larger delay in forward direction are given higher priority based on the estimated delay. In this way the total round-trip delay can be reduced and/or even guaranteed. This means that more users will be satisfied and experience faster connections to services.
