When a region that is surrounded by a grain boundary having a misorientation of 15° or more and has a circle-equivalent diameter of 0.3 μm or more is defined as a crystal grain, the proportion of crystal grains each having an intragranular misorientation of 5 to 14° to all crystal grains is 20 to 100% by area ratio. Hard crystal grains A in which precipitates or clusters with a maximum diameter of 8 nm or less are dispersed in the crystal grains with a number density of 1×1016 to 1×1019 pieces/cm3 and soft crystal grains B in which precipitates or clusters with a maximum diameter of 8 nm or less are dispersed in the crystal grains with a number density of 1×1015 pieces/cm3 or less are contained, and the volume % of the hard crystal grains A/(the volume % of the hard crystal grains A +the volume % of the soft crystal grains B) is 0.1 to 0.9.

摘要: Provided are a high-strength coated steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same. The high-strength coated steel sheet has a base steel sheet and a coating layer formed on a surface of the base steel sheet. The base steel sheet has a specified chemical composition and a microstructure, including a martensite phase and a ferrite phase. A volume fraction of the martensite phase is 50% to 80%. A volume fraction of tempered martensite with respect to the whole martensite phase is 50% or more and 85% or less. An average grain diameter of the ferrite phase is 13 μm or less. A volume fraction of ferrite grains having an aspect ratio of 2.0 or less with respect to the whole ferrite phase is 70% or more. Yield strength (YP) of the high-strength coated steel sheet is 550 MPa or more.

摘要: Provided are a high-strength steel sheet having high strength of a yield strength of 550 MPa or more and a method for manufacturing the same.The high-strength steel sheet has a specified chemical composition and a microstructure, where observed in a cross section in a thickness direction perpendicular to a rolling direction, including a martensite phase having a volume fraction of 50% to 80%, and a ferrite phase having an average grain diameter of 13 μm or less, wherein a volume fraction of ferrite grains having an aspect ratio of 2.0 or less with respect to the whole ferrite phase is 70% or more, and wherein an average length in a longitudinal direction (in a width direction of the steel sheet) of the ferrite grains is 20 μm or less, and a yield strength (YP) of 550 MPa or more.

摘要: This application relates to a heat transfer tube, its method of manufacture and its use for thermal cracking hydrocarbon feeds, such as thermal cracking in furnaces. The heat transfer tube comprises a chromium and aluminum carburization-resistant alloy capable of generating a typically continuous aluminum oxide scale under thermal cracking conditions that reduces coking and thereby enhances heat transfer. The carburization-resistant alloy comprises 25.1 to 55.0 wt. % nickel; 18.1 to 23.9 wt. % chromium; 4.1 to 7.0 wt. % aluminum; and iron. Additionally, the carburization-resistant alloy has at least one strengthening mechanism to provide desirable mechanical properties. The carburization-resistant alloy composition is also resistant to the formation of cracks during centrifugal casting.

摘要: An R-T-B based sintered magnet including a plural number of main phase particles having an R2T14B type crystal structure. An existence ratio of the reverse core-shell main phase particles is larger in a surface layer part of the magnet than in a central part of the magnet.
